Projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane potrzeby środowiska U i n-li 4 szkół zawodowych dla których organem prowadzącym jest GMINA MIASTO GRUDZIĄDZ. Działania oparte są o współpracę szkół z podmiotami otoczenia społeczno – gospodarczego. Diagnozy zostały zatwierdzone przez organ prowadzący. Projekt obejmuje wsparciem uczniów:1. Technikum Nr 5 w Zespole Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich w Grudziądzu;2. Branżowa Szkoła I Stopnia Nr 4 w Zespole Szkół Gastronomiczno-Hotelarskich w Grudziądzu;3. Technikum Nr 6 w Zespole Szkół Rolniczych im. Władysława Grabskiego w Grudziądzu;4. Technikum Nr 3 w Zespole Szkół Technicznych im. J. J. Śniadeckich w Grudziądzu.CEL: Poprawa jakości procesu kształcenia w 4 szkołach zawodowych dla których organem prowadzącym jest GMINA MIASTO GRUDZIĄDZ umożliwiająca zwiększenie szans edukacyjnych U poprzez wzrost ich kompetencji i kwalifikacji, szans na skutecznefunkcjonowanie w procesie dalszej edukacji oraz na rynku pracy oraz dostosowanie form, metod i warunków kształcenia do wymagań gospodarki i rynku pracy oraz wdrożenie przyjętych rozwiązań do praktyki szkół GRUPA:245ucz(K118) i 51 n-li(K24) odpowiednio uczących się/pracujących w Szkołach Miasta Grudziądz. ZADANIA: Cel zostanie osiągnięty poprzez organizację:-podnoszenie umiejętności oraz uzyskanie przez uczniów kwalifikacji zawodowych, -zapewnienie w szkole warunków odzwierciedlających naturalne warunki pracy, -rozwój współpracy szkoły z otoczeniem społeczno-gospodarczym -przeszkolenie kadry nauczycielskiej w zakresie doskonalenia umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych -wyposażenie i doposażenie bazy dydaktycznej w sprzęt i materiały niezbędne do prowadzenia zajęć przyczyniających się do rozwoju umiejętności i kompetencji uczniów EFEKTY: Nabycie przez U i n-li pożądanych kompetencji i kwalifikacji oraz podniesienie jakości kształcenia 4 szkołach zawodowych Miasta Grudziądz TERMIN: V2022-VIII2023 MIEJSCE: Grudziądz (Polish)

The project is a response to the diagnosed needs of the environment of U and n-li of 4 vocational schools for which the governing body is GMINA MIASTO GRUDZIĄDZ. The activities are based on the cooperation of schools with entities of the socio-economic environment. The diagnosis has been approved by the leading authority. The project includes student support:1. Technical School No. 5 in Gastronomy and Hotel School Complex in Grudziądz;2. Industry School I Degree No. 4 in the Group of Gastronomy and Hospitality Schools in Grudziądz;3. Technical School No. 6 in the Władysław Grabski Agricultural School Complex in Grudziądz;4. Technical School No. 3 in J. J. Śniadecki School Complex in Grudziądz.CEL: Improving the quality of the education process in 4 vocational schools for which GMINA MIASTO GRUDZIĄDZ is the leading body, which allows to increase the educational opportunities of U by increasing their competences and qualifications, the chances of functioning effectively in the process of further education and on the labour market and adapting the forms, methods and conditions of education to the requirements of the economy and the labour market and implementing the adopted solutions to the practice of schools GRUPA:245le(K118) and 51 n-li(K24) of students/workers in the Schools of the City of Grudziądz respectively. TASKS: The objective will be achieved through the organisation of:- Upskilling and obtaining professional qualifications by pupils, -providing at school conditions reflecting natural working conditions, -development of the school’s cooperation with the socio-economic environment -training teaching staff in improving professional skills and competences — equipping and equipping the teaching base with the equipment and materials necessary to conduct classes contributing to the development of the skills and competences of students of EFEKTY: Acquisition by U and n-li of the desired competences and qualifications and improving the quality of education of 4 vocational schools of the City of Grudziądz TERMIN: V2022-VIII2023 PLACE: Grudziądz (English)
