Przedmiotem projektu jest rewitalizacja przestrzeni miejskiej w Koronowie poprzez przebudowę i adaptację budynku Informacji Turystycznej i lokalu nr 3 o charakterystyce mieszkalnej na cele użyteczności publicznej. Projekt wynika bezpośrednio z Lokalnego Programu Rewitalizacji Gminy Koronowo do 2025 roku. W ramach projektu podjęta zostanie interwencja w sferze infrastrukturalnej i przestrzennej mającą na celu zwiększenie powierzchni użytkowej obiektu poprzez jego nadbudowę o jedną kondygnację wraz z usystematyzowaniem i uporządkowaniem przestrzeni budynku. Nastąpi również zmiana sposobu użytkowania pomieszczenia mieszkalnego przynależącego do lokalu nr 3 na cele społecznie użyteczne wraz z budową wewnętrznej klatki schodowej i platformy dźwigowej, pozwoli na jednoznaczne zdefiniowanie i zamknięcie funkcji budynku w jego bryle. Opisując zakres przedsięwzięcia wskazuje się też na wykonanie odcinka zewnętrznej instalacji kanalizacji deszczowej i zagospodarowaniem terenu oraz zakup niezbędnego wyposażenia. Celem głównym projektu jest ożywienie społeczne Gminy Koronowo poprzez stworzenie infrastruktury służącej realizacji działań aktywizujących społeczność lokalną. Realizacja projektu uwarunkowana jest koniecznością stworzenia wysokiej jakości przestrzeni publicznej służącej jako miejsce aktywizacji i integracji społecznej. Przedmiotowy projekt stanowi odpowiedź na zdiagnozowane problemy środowiska społeczno-gospodarczego, nawiązujące do potrzeby dostosowania przestrzeni miejskiej do użytkowania przez seniorów, osoby niepełnosprawne i wykluczone społecznie oraz przez dzieci i młodzież dorastającą w rodzinach dysfunkcyjnych. Realizacja projektu przeciwdziałać będzie postępującemu marazmowi oraz postępującemu zjawisku ubóstwa i wykluczenia społecznego. Okres realizacji to lata 2020-2021, zaś podmiotem realizującym projekt pozostaje Wnioskodawca- Gmina Koronowo. W projekcie nie wystąpi pomoc publiczna i pomoc de minimis. (Polish)

The subject of the project is the revitalisation of the urban space in Koronowo through the reconstruction and adaptation of the Tourist Information building and the No. 3 residential property for public utility purposes. The project results directly from the Local Revitalisation Program of the Koronowo Commune until 2025. As part of the project, an intervention in the infrastructural and spatial sphere will be undertaken aimed at increasing the usable area of the building through its superstructure by one storey together with the systematisation and ordering of the building space. There will also be a change in the way of using the living room belonging to unit 3 for socially useful purposes along with the construction of an internal staircase and crane platform, will allow for unambiguous definition and closure of the function of the building in its solid. Describing the scope of the project also indicates the execution of an external section of the rainwater system and land development and the purchase of the necessary equipment. The main objective of the project is to revitalise the community of Koronowo by creating infrastructure for the implementation of activities that activate the local community. The implementation of the project is conditioned by the need to create a high-quality public space serving as a place of activation and social inclusion. This project is a response to the diagnosed problems of the socio-economic environment, referring to the need to adapt the urban space to use by seniors, people with disabilities and socially excluded, and by children and young people growing up in dysfunctional families. The implementation of the project will counteract progressive marazm and the progressive phenomenon of poverty and social exclusion. The implementation period is 2020-2021, and the entity implementing the project remains the Applicant — the Municipality of Koronowo. There will be no public aid and de minimis aid in the project.
