The implementation of the project consists of the installation of individual installations of renewable energy sources on private facilities in the commune of Dopiewo and Komorniki. It is an umbrella project in which the applicant is the partner municipalities and the final beneficiaries are the residents of those municipalities, where individually selected RES installations will be installed on residential facilities (photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity and solar collectors for heating domestic hot water). The energy generated in the installed installations should be used primarily for the own needs of the households participating in the project, i.e. to power installations in residential and economic buildings used by households.The project sets as the main strategic objective “Increasing the use of renewable energy sources and reducing air pollution emissions in the communes of Komorniki and Dopiewo through installation on 406 residential buildings until the end of 2019, 473 units of modern renewable energy installations with a total installed capacity of 2.0 MW”. After this period, the installations will be transferred to existing users.The material scope of the project includes:- 357 pcs of photovoltaic installations with a total installed capacity of 1 501.08 kW; none of the individual installations exceeds the installed capacity of 10 kW; — 116 pcs. installation of solar collectors with a total installed capacity of 497.15 kW.Product indicators — Leader/PartnerNumber of thermal generation units built from RES — 116/2018-58 pcs. 2019-58 pcs.Number of electricity generation units built from RES — 357/2018-178 pcs. 2019-179 pcs. Realizacja projektu polega na montażu indywidualnych instalacji odnawialnych źródeł energii na obiektach prywatnych na terenie gminy Dopiewo i Komorniki. Jest to projekt parasolowy, w którym wnioskodawcą są gminy partnerstwa, a beneficjentami końcowymi mieszkańcy tych gmin, gdzie na obiektach mieszkalnych montowane będą indywidualnie dobrane instalacje OZE (panele fotowoltaiczne do produkcji energii elektrycznej oraz kolektory słoneczne do podgrzewania ciepłej wody użytkowej). Energia wytworzona w montowanych instalacjach powinna być zużywana przede wszystkim na potrzeby własne gospodarstw domowych uczestniczących w projekcie, czyli zasilać instalacje w budynkach mieszkalnych i gospodarczych użytkowanych przez gospodarstwa domowe.Projekt wyznacza za główny cel strategiczny „Wzrost wykorzystania odnawialnych źródeł energii oraz zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń powietrza na terenie Gmin Komorniki i Dopiewo poprzez montaż na 406 obiektach mieszkalnych do końca 2019 roku 473 szt. nowoczesnych instalacji OZE o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 2,0 MW”.Zamontowane w ramach projektu instalacje OZE przez okres nie krótszy nie 5 lat od zakończenia realizacji (przez okres trwałości) pozostaną własnością gminy, a mieszkańcy będą je użytkować na podstawie umów. Po tym okresie instalacje zostaną przekazane na rzecz dotychczasowych użytkowników.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje:- 357 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 1 501,08 kW; żadna z indywidualnych instalacji nie przekroczy mocy zainstalowanej 10 kW; - 116 szt. instalacji kolektorów słonecznych o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej 497,15 kW.Wskaźniki produktu – Lider/PartnerLiczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii cieplnej z OZE - 116 /2018 - 58 szt. 2019 - 58 szt.Liczba wybudowanych jednostek wytwarzania energii elektrycznej z OZE - 357 /2018-178 szt. 2019-179 szt.
