The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed people aged 30 and over in the district of summit. The project will be implemented between 1 January 2021 and 31 December 2022. The objectives of the project will be achieved through the professional activation of 276 unemployed people, based on the implementation of the following services and labour market instruments: 1) training leading to acquisition or replenishment of professional qualifications or competences — 64 persons, 2) internships enabling professional experience — 52 persons, 3) subsidisation of employment as part of intervention work — 102 persons, 4) grants for starting a business activity — 45 persons, 5) reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the workplace — 45 persons. More than one form of support will be covered by 32 people. The project will cover persons aged 30 years and over (from the day of their 30th birthday), registered as unemployed at the District Labour Office in Szczytno, belonging to at least one of the following categories of persons: — long-term unemployed — at least 97 people, — people with disabilities — min. 14 people, — elderly people aged 50 and over — min. 33 people, — women — min. 144 people, — people with low qualifications — min. 193 people. The result of the project will be employment or self-employment by at least 44.3 % of project participants. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie szczycieńskim. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 1 stycznia 2021 r. do 31 grudnia 2022 r. Cele projektu zostaną osiągnięte poprzez aktywizację zawodową 276 osób bezrobotnych, opartą na realizacji następujących usług i instrumentów rynku pracy: 1) szkolenia prowadzące do nabycia lub uzupełnienia kwalifikacji lub kompetencji zawodowych - 64 osoby, 2) staże umożliwiające uzyskanie doświadczenia zawodowego - 52 osoby, 3) subsydiowanie zatrudnienia w ramach prac interwencyjnych - 102 osób, 4) dotacje na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej - 45 osób, 5) refundacja kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy - 45 osób. Więcej niż jedną formą wsparcia zostaną objęte 32 osoby. Projektem zostaną objęte osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin), zarejestrowane jako bezrobotne w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Szczytnie, należące przynajmniej do jednej z wymienionych niżej kategorii osób: - długotrwale bezrobotni - min. 97 osób, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - min. 14 osób, - osoby starsze w wieku 50 lat i więcej - min. 33 osoby, - kobiety - min. 144 osoby, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach - min. 193 osoby. Rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia lub samozatrudnienia przez min. 44,3% uczestników projektu. (Polish)
