The Applicant Pow. Wrocłł., the governing body 2 basic special. The project is an exception to the minimum standard due to its impact scope — closed recruitment. It includes teaching support from 2 primary schools specialising in: Special in the Special School Complex in Wierzbice and Special in the Special School and Education Centre in Kątach Wrocł. in the Wrocław district and parents/legal guardians. IT’S SOSW. This is not a partnership project. Project carried out on its own: SOSW and ZSS from 1.9.2022-31.8.2023 (12 months). The PR office: SOSW, ZSS and Starostwo.The project maintains the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination on grounds of sex.Target group: Seventy-five lessons: It’s a 30-teach. ZSS (K13, M17), 45 learn. (K20, M25) SOSW and 20 parents/OP (K18, M2) SOSW. The state reflects gender ratios in schools.Objective: support to learners from disabilities with SP SOSW and ZSS in the development of key competences, universal skills to mitigate the negative effects caused by the COVID-19 pandemic by participating in extra-school, -curricular, individual./group therapy and intensified psychological-pedagogical care. Additional classes/individual therapies. for learning. SOSW, ZSS; Group therapy classes. for learning. SOSW, ZSS; Activities developing interests and rebuilding social relations; Workshops and consultations individ.for families/OP SOSW; The purchase of small aids, mat. diddakt.The above forms of support are complementary to the activities carried out by the ZSS and SOSW. The scale of activities carried out before the start of the project by schools has not decreased compared to the activities (inputs) carried out by schools in the last 12 months prior to the application for project funding (average monthly). The project is a continuation of projects entitled Future is ours and Development an opportunity for the future.The main result. after the realisation of the pr. will be the acquisition of the company. Wnioskodawca Pow. Wrocł., organ prowadzący 2 szk. podstawowe specjalne. Projekt należy do wyjątku od standardu minimum ze wzgl. na swój zasięg oddziaływania- zamkniętą rekrutację. Obejmuje wsparciem ucz. z 2 szkół podstawowych specjal: Specjalna w Zespole Szkół Specjalnych w Wierzbicach i Specjalna w Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym w Kątach Wrocł. w powiecie wrocławskim i rodziców/opiekunów prawnych ucz. SOSW. Nie jest to projekt partnerski. Projekt realizowany samodzielnie: SOSW i ZSS od 1.9.2022-31.8.2023 (12 mies.). Biuro pr: SOSW, ZSS i Starostwo.W projekcie zachowano zasadę równości szans i niedyskryminacji ze wzgl. na płeć.Grupa docelowa: 75 ucz: 30 ucz. ZSS (K13, M17), 45 ucz. (K20, M25) SOSW oraz 20 rodziców/OP (K18, M2) SOSW. Stan odzwierciedla proporcje płci w szkołach.Cel proj: wsparcie ucz.z niepełnospraw. ze SP SOSW i ZSS w zakresie rozw. kompetencji kluczowych, umiejętności uniwersalnych na rzecz niwelacji negatywnych skutków spowodowanych pandemią Covid-19 poprzez udział ucz w zajęciach pozaszkolnych, -lekcyjnych, indywid./grup. terapii i zintensyfikowanej opiece psychologiczno-pedagogicznej.Zakres rzeczowy: Dodatkowe zajęcia/terapie indywid. dla ucz. SOSW, ZSS; Zajęcia terapeutyczne grup. dla ucz. SOSW, ZSS; Zajęcia rozwijające zainteresowania i odbudowujące relacje społ.; Warsztaty i konsultacje indywid.dla rodz./OP SOSW; Zakup drobnych pomocy, mat. dydakt.Ww. formy wsparcia są uzupełnieniem działań prowadzonych przez ZSS i SOSW. Skala działań prowadzonych przed rozpoczęciem realizacji projektu przez szkoły nie uległa zmniejszeniu w stosunku do działań (nakładów) prowadzonych przez szkoły w okresie ostatnich 12 miesięcy przed złożeniem wniosku o dofinansowanie projektu (średniomiesięcznie).
