Projekt polega na rozbudowie budynku Szkoły Podstawowej w Zelkowie na działce nr 215. Trzykondygnacyjna rozbudowa wiązać się będzie z wyburzeniem istniejącej kuchni oraz nieznaczną niwelacją terenu w celu zrównania istniejącego poziomu terenu do poziomu przed wejściem do części budynku z salą gimnastyczną.W ramach projektu zakłada się wykonanie przekładki istniejących sieci i studni rewizyjnych, kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej oraz dodatkowe przyłącze wody.Przedmiotowa inwestycja polegać będzie na częściowej przebudowie i rozbudowie budynku szkoły podstawowej w Zelkowie. Zakres prac przewiduje wyburzenie niewielkiej części budynku kuchni i wzniesienie nowej kuchni oraz rozbudowę o 5 sal dydaktycznych, stołówkę, świetlicę oraz niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i komunikację. Rozbudowę zaprojektowano jako trzykondygnacyjną kontynuację budynku istniejącego zwieńczonego dachem dwuspadowym z szerokimi lukarnami pozwalającymi maksymalnie wykorzystać przestrzeń poddasza. Na poziomie piwnicy zlokalizowano szatnie odzieży wierzchniej, szatnie z umywalniami dla potrzeb osób korzystających z sali gimnastycznej, toalety oraz pomieszczenia techniczne. Poziom parteru to kuchnia wraz ze stołówką, świetlica oraz jedna sala lekcyjna. Na poddaszu zlokalizowano cztery sale lekcyjne i toalety. Wszystkie kondygnacje skomunikowano klatką schodową i windą oraz zapewniono połączenie z odpowiadającymi im kondygnacjami w części istniejącej budynku.Parametry budynku w granicach opracowania: Kubatura brutto: 12 349 m3 Powierzchnia użytkowa: 2 164,4 m2 Powierzchnia zabudowy: 1 165,3 m2Powierzchnia użytkowa rozbudowy wyniesie 879,6 m2.Dzięki zastosowanym rozwiązaniom wewnątrz budynku zapewniona zostanie dostępności całego budynku dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami.Przyjęte rozwiązania techniczne zapewniają możliwość długookresowego funkcjonowania obiektu. The project involves the extension of the building of the Primary School in Zelków on plot No. 215. The three-storey extension will involve demolition of the existing kitchen and a slight levelling of the area in order to equate the existing level of land to the level before entering the part of the building with the gymnasium.The project assumes the construction of a crossover of existing networks and inspection wells, sanitary and rainwater and an additional water connection.The project will consist of a partial reconstruction and extension of the building of the primary school in Zelków. The scope of the work includes demolition of a small part of the kitchen building and the construction of a new kitchen, as well as the extension of 5 teaching rooms, canteen, common room and necessary technical infrastructure and communication. The extension was designed as a three-storey continuation of the existing building topped with a gable roof with wide dorms allowing maximum use of the attic space. At the basement level, cloakrooms of outerwear, cloakrooms with washrooms for the needs of people using a gym, toilet and technical rooms were located. Ground floor level is a kitchen with a canteen, a common room and one classroom. Four classrooms and toilets were located in the loft. All floors were connected with a staircase and elevator and a connection to the corresponding floors in the part of the existing building was provided. Gross cubature: 12 349 m³ Usable area: 2 164.4 m² Building area: The utility space of the extension will be 879.6 m².With the solutions used inside the building, the entire building will be accessible to people with disabilities.The adopted technical solutions ensure the long-term functioning of the facility.
