The main objective of the project is to increase adaptability to the labour market: redundant, at risk of dismissal or planned for dismissal and persons leaving agriculture from the Malopolska region by maintaining employment/employment/self-employment/upgrading professional competences/enhancing competences in active job search and self-presentation by min. 135 persons until 31 March 2023. GD in project will be persons living (according to the CC) and/or working on ter. Małopolska: Provided for or threatened by dismissal for reasons not affecting the worker during a period of not more than 6 months prior to the date of accession to the project. The total support for 150 persons, including at least 60 % of the UP, will be K. The results of the project result from the main objective. The project assumes an employment rate of at least 50 %. Małopolski: ■ przewidziane do zwolnienia lub zagrożone zwolnieniem z pracy ■ zwolnione z przyczyn niedotyczących pracownika w okresie nie dłuższym niż 6 m-c przed dniem przystąpienia do proj. ■ odchodzące z rolnictwa Wsparcie łącznie dla 150 os. w tym min. 60% UP stanowić będą K.
