Projekt dotyczy modernizacji budynku administracyjno - biurowego zlokalizowanego przy ul. Lelewela 1c w Sokółce na potrzeby powstania Centrum Aktywności Lokalnej (CAL) skierowanego na opisane w projekcie grupy defaworyzowanej ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem dzieci i młodzieży ze środowisk najuboższych zagrożonych dziedziczeniem ubóstwa. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na niewystarczającą ofertę skierowaną do grup defaworyz. zamiesz. obszar LGD „Szlak Tatarski” oraz szerzej - cały Pow. Sokólski. W ofercie CAL przewidziano m. in. zajęcia pozalekcyjne dla dzieci tzw. zajęcia świetlicowe, warsztaty dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, doradztwo zawodowe, warsztaty integracyjne dla osób starszych po 60 roku życia i inne- w zależności od zainteresowań uczestników. Wnioskodawca pragnie, aby nowopowstałe miejsce integracji w możliwie największym stopniu odpowiadało ich potrzebom i oczekiwaniom, a sami uczestnicy mogli mieć realny wpływ na charakter i funkcjonowanie placówki. Beneficjent planuje również nadanie funcjonalności dla otwartej zielonej przestrzeni wokół obiektu, która zostanie przeznaczona na cele edukacyjno - terapeutyczno – szkoleniowe oraz kulturalne i integracyjne. Prace zaplanowane do realizacji w ramach przedmiotowego projektu: - zakup wyposażenia (m.in. meble biurowe, sprzęt komputerowy, oprog. terapeutyczne, wyposażenie kuchni, wyposażenie zewnętrzne) - zagospodarowanie terenu (zieleń, wiata, ogrodzenie) W budynku, w którym będzie funkcjonować CAL zostały wykonane prace budowlane mające na celu jego głęboką modernizację energetyczną (w tym docieplenie ścian, wymiana stolarki zewnętrznej, modernizacja instalacji CO, instalacji elektrycznej, montaż paneli fotowoltaicznych). Obiekt jest dostosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Realizację projektu przewidziano na II kwartał 2021 r.- II kwartał 2022 r. Projekt realizowany we współpracy z z PUP w S-ce, PPP w S-ce, Klubem Senior+ i Stowarzyszeniem. Deklaracje współpracy stanowi załącznik do dokumentacji projektowej. (Polish)

The project concerns the modernisation of the administrative and office building located at ul. Lelewela 1c in Sokółka for the creation of the Center for Local Activity (CAL) aimed at the disadvantaged group described in the project, with particular emphasis on children and young people from the poorest backgrounds at risk of inheriting poverty. The project is a response to an insufficient offer addressed to disadvantaged groups. will include the LAG area “Tatar Trail” and more broadly — the entire Pow. It’s Sokólski. The CAL offer includes, among others, extracurricular activities for children, so-called community classes, workshops for people with disabilities, career counselling, integration workshops for the elderly over 60 years of age and others — depending on the interests of the participants. The applicant wants the newly created integration site to meet their needs and expectations as much as possible and that the participants themselves can have a real impact on the nature and functioning of the facility. The beneficiary also plans to provide functionality for the open green space around the facility, which will be used for educational, therapeutic, training, cultural and integration purposes. The work to be carried out under this project: — purchase of equipment (e.g. office furniture, computer equipment, therapeutic support, kitchen equipment, outdoor equipment) — land development (greens, shelters, fences) In the building in which the CAL will operate, construction works have been carried out with a view to its deep energy modernisation (including wall insulation, replacement of external joinery, modernisation of CO installations, electrical installation, installation of photovoltaic panels). The property is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. The project is planned for Q2021-Q2022. The project is implemented in cooperation with PUP in S-ce, PPP in S-ka, Senior+ Club and Association. The declarations of cooperation are attached to the project documentation. (English)
