CEL: wzrost poziomu aktywności zawod oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia osób sprawujących opiekę nad dziećmi do lat 3 (dalej: DZ) rozumiany jako umożliwienie utrzymania zatrudnienia oraz zwiększenia szans na zatrudnienie przez 40os(38K/2M), które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na terenie pow. radomszczańskiego i miasta Radomsko (wg KC), w tym 30os (28K/2M) pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad Dz. oraz 10K bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo, dla których opieka nad dzieckiem w wieku do lat 3 stanowi barierę w utrzymaniu zatrudnienia lub w wejściu na rynek pracy, poprzez utworzenie nowych 40 miejsc opieki w żłobku w Radomsku oraz realizację opieki nad dziećmi w okresie od 01.05.2021 do 30.11.2022r. GRUPA DOCELOWA: Projekt skierowany jest do 40os(38K/2M), które uczą się, pracują lub zamieszkują na terenie pow. radomszcz, w tym miasta Radomsko (wg KC), w tym 30os (28K/2M) pracujących, sprawujących opiekę nad Dz. oraz 10K bezrob lub biernych zawod, dla których opieka nad dz w wieku do lat 3 stanowi barierę w utrzymaniu zatrudnienia lub w wejściu na rynek pracy. REZULTATY: Liczba utworzonych miejsc opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do lat 3, które funkcjonują 2 lata po uzyskaniu dofinansowania ze środków EFS = 40, Liczba osób, które powróciły na rynek pracy po przerwie związanej z urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka lub utrzymały zatrudnienie, po opuszczeniu programu = 30, Liczba osób pozostających bez pracy, które znalazły pracę lub poszukują pracy po opuszczeniu programu = 10 (Polish)

PURPOSE: increase in occupational activity and employability of childcare providers up to 3 years (hereinafter: OJ) understood as enabling the maintenance of employment and increased employability for 40 people (38K/2M) who are learning, working or living in the area of Radomszczański and Radomsko (according to KC), including 30 people (28K/2M) working, caring for the OJ and 10K unemployed or inactive, for whom caring for a child aged up to 3 years constitutes a barrier to maintaining employment or entering the labour market, through the creation of new 40 places of care in the nursery in Radomsko and the provision of childcare between 01.05.2021 and 30.11.2022. TARGET GROUP: The project is aimed at 40 people (38K/2M) who learn, work or live in the area of Radomsko, including the city of Radomsko (according to KC), including 30os (28K/2M) working, taking care of the Journal and 10K unemployed or passive occupations, for which care for dz aged up to 3 years constitutes a barrier to maintaining employment or entering the labour market. RESULTS: Number of childcare facilities created for children up to the age of 3 that operate 2 years after receiving ESF funding = 40, Number of persons who have returned to the labour market after a break linked to childbirth/education or maintained employment, after leaving the scheme = 30, Number of unemployed persons who have found a job or are looking for a job after leaving the scheme = 10 (English)
