SA.60012(2020/X) The implementation of the project is the next stage of eliminating the negative effects of the occurrence on the COVID-19 market and consists of the implementation of process innovation, strictly related to the costing process in the Company, which is one of the key sales processes at the Applicant and in the entire industry. The collapse of demand for production orders in the second half of 2021 as a result of the impact of the pandemic on sales of the company’s customers, the need to work remotely or hybridly, or the reduction in the availability of employees, resulted in the expected annual sales forecasts from the beginning of 2021 decreasing by 36 %. The implementation of the project will have a positive impact on the costing process in the Company, which will make it even 10 times shorter than the current one. The implementation of ICT technologies will slowly immunise the Company in the event of a recurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic or the occurrence of another epidemic. The project will allow for more efficient implementation of the process of cost valuation of production orders in distributed working conditions, accelerate the process of gathering information, its processing and communication taking place in the process of changes and updates. The service will provide protected access through the browser regardless of the employee’s location. (English) | |||

SA.60012(2020/X) Realizacja projektu jest kolejnym etapem niwelowania negatywnych skutków wystąpienia na rynku COVID-19 i polega na wdrożeniu do przedsiębiorstwa innowacyjności procesowej, stricte, związanej z procesem kosztorysowania w Firmie, który jest jednym z kluczowych procesów sprzedażowych u Wnioskodawcy oraz w całej branży. Załamanie popytu na zlecenia produkcyjne w II poł 2021 w wyniku wpływu pandemii na sprzedaż klientów firmy, konieczność pracy w trybie zdalnym lub hybrydowym czy ograniczenie dostępności pracowników spowodowało, że przewidywane roczne prognozy sprzedażowe z początku roku 2021 zmniejszają się o 36%. Realizacja projektu wpłynie pozytywnie na proces kosztorysowania w Firmie, przez co będzie on nawet 10-krotnie krótszy od obecnego. Wdrożenie technologii z zakresu TIK powoli uodpornić Firmę na wypadek nawrotu pandemii COVID-19 lub wystąpienia innej epidemii. Projekt pozwoli na wydajniejszą realizację procesu wyceny kosztów zleceń produkcyjnych w warunkach pracy rozproszonej, przyspieszy proces gromadzenia informacji, jej przetwarzania oraz komunikacji zachodzących w procesie zmian i aktualizacji. Usługa będzie zapewniała chroniony dostęp poprzez przeglądarkę bez względu na lokalizację pracownika. (Polish)
