Projekt adresowany jest do dzieci i młodzieży wychowującej się w instytucjonalnej pieczy zastępczej na warunkach określonych w art. 37 ust. 2 ustawy z dnia 09 czerwca 2011 r. o wspieraniu rodziny i systemie pieczy zastępczej. Grupą docelową będą osoby wykluczone, zagrożone ubóstwem i dalszym wykluczeniem społecznym, to jest 20 dzieci w wieku (13-18) w tym 2 pełnoletnich (1K,1M) wychowanków z wszystkich trzech placówek z terenu powiatu kłobuckiego w Domu Dziecka w Kłobucku oraz w Placówkach Opiekuńczo-Wychowawczych w Waleńczowie i Krzepicach. CEL: Wzrost zdolności do zatrudnienia osób wykluczonych i zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym. Zadania: Pomoc specjalistyczna, zajęcia dodatkowe dla wychowanków całodobowych placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych. Okres realizacji: od 1.07.2021 r. do 30.06.2022 r. Wartość projektu: 336.575,00 zł. The draft is addressed to children and adolescents reared in institutional foster care under the conditions laid down in Article 37(1). 2 of the Act of 9 June 2011 on the support of the family and the system of foster care. The target group will be excluded, at risk of poverty and further social exclusion, i.e. 20 children aged 13-18, including 2 adult (1K,1M) pupils from all three outlets from the Kłobowiec district in the Children’s House in Kłobuck and in the Care and Educational Institutions in Waleńczów and Krzepicy. PURPOSE: Increase the employability of people excluded and at risk of social exclusion. Tasks: Specialist assistance, additional activities for pupils of 24-hour care and education facilities. Period of implementation: from 1.07.2021 to 30.06.2022. Value of the project: 336.575,00 zł. Location: ADMINISTRATIVE CENTRE FOR CARE AND EDUCATION FACILITIES IN KŁOBUCK. (English)
