The use of photovoltaic panel technology will allow us to produce electricity for the current needs of our company. We plan to gradually replace infrastructure such as heating furnaces and vehicles with electricity, which will reduce costs and be environmentally friendly. As a result, we will significantly reduce the costs of doing business and become independent to some extent from external energy suppliers and the variable quality of the transmitted media. At the same time, the creation of a technical and training portal will allow us to conduct trainings and on-line service actions using a computer remotely. Due to the coronavirus outbreak, companies gave up training in the traditional system run in the open lecture hall. The analyses also show that a very large part of service trips could be stopped if we could explain to the customer “live” how to remove a minor defect or carry out maintenance. Due to the fact that we serve customers from all over the country, the costs of working time and commuting are very high. By operating remotely, we can virtually remove most of the failures in a few minutes or train a new employee in the field of operation of the device. (English) | |||

Zastosowanie technologii paneli fotowoltaicznych pozwoli produkować nam prąd na potrzeby bieżące naszej firmy. Planujemy stopniową wymianę infrastruktury takiej jak piece opałowe oraz pojazdy na zasilane elektrycznością co będzie miało wpływ na ograniczenie kosztów oraz będzie ekologiczne dla środowiska. Dzięki temu znacznie ograniczymy koszty prowadzenia działalności oraz uniezależnimy się w pewnym zakresie od zewnętrznych dostawców energii oraz zmiennej jakości przesyłanych mediów. Jednocześnie utworzenie portalu techniczno- szkoleniowego pozwoli nam prowadzenie szkoleń oraz akcji serwisowych „on line” przy pomocy komputera zdalnie. Z uwagi na epidemię koronawirusa firmy zrezygnowały z odbywania szkoleń w tradycyjnym systemie prowadzonym w otwartej sali wykładowej. Z przeprowadzonych analiz wynika również iż bardzo duża część wyjazdów serwisowych mogła by być wstrzymana gdybyśmy mogli klientowi wytłumaczyć „na żywo” jak usunąć drobną usterkę czy przeprowadzić konserwację. Z uwagi na fakt iż obsługujemy klientów z całego kraju koszty czasu pracy i samego dojazdu są bardzo duże. Działając zdalnie, możemy praktycznie w kilka minut usunąć większość awarii czy przeszkolić nowego pracownika w zakresie obsługi urządzenia. (Polish)
