The aim of the project is to increase the employment of unemployed people aged 30 and over in the Gołdap district. The project will carry out the following tasks: 1. vocational guidance or job placement — 140 people (89K/51M), 2nd traineeship — 66 persons 3. one-off funds for starting a business — 11 people, 4. reimbursement of the cost of equipment of the workplace — 18 people, 5. intervention work — 45 people. The project is aimed at unemployed persons aged 30 and over who are unemployed, registered in the PLO in Gołdap as unemployed and at the same time belong to at least one group: long-term unemployed (16), — persons with disabilities (3 persons), — people aged 50 and over (13), — women (89 persons), — low-skilled people (51). The main result of the project will be the employment of at least 44.3 % of unemployed people aged 30 and over, who will additionally belong to the following groups: people aged 50 years and over, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed, people with low qualifications (up to ISCED level 3). The result of the project will also be to take up employment or self-employment after leaving the programme by: 48 unemployed people, including the long-term unemployed, — 7 long-term unemployed, — 2 people with disabilities, — 6 people aged 50 and over, — 18 low-skilled. In addition, 11 jobs will be created under the ESF’s start-up funding. (English) | |||

Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej w powiecie gołdapskim. W ramach projektu realizowane będą następujące zadania: 1. poradnictwo zawodowe lub pośrednictwo pracy - 140 osób (89K/51M), 2. staż - 66 osób 3. jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej - 11 osób, 4. refundacja kosztów wyposażenia stanowiska pracy - 18 osób, 5. prace interwencyjne - 45 osób. Projekt jest skierowany do bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP w Gołdapi jako bezrobotne, a jednocześnie należących co najmniej do jednej grupy: - długotrwale bezrobotni (16 osób), - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami (3 osoby), - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (13 osób), - kobiety (89 osób), - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach (51 osób). Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez co najmniej 44,3% osób bezrobotnych w wieku 30 lat i więcej, które dodatkowo będą należały do następujących grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami (do poziomu ISCED 3). Rezultatem projektu będzie także podjęcie pracy lub działalności na własny rachunek po opuszczeniu programu przez: - 48 osób bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 7 osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, - 2 osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - 6 osób w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - 18 osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. Ponadto w ramach udzielonych z EFS środków na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej utworzonych zostanie 11 miejsc pracy. (Polish)
