1. The project is based on the purchase of two motorhomes (campers) 2. There will be a completely new service not provided from now on (PKD code 77.12.Z) — the rental and lease of other motor vehicles excluding motorcycles has not yet been entered in the CEIDG register. 3. The exact requirements for the technical specification are given in Annex D1.The estimated financial plan of the project. 4. The project will be implemented in the city of Lubina (59-300) with the option of transporting cars to the customer throughout the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. 5. After receiving a positive decision to co-finance the project due to stagnation in deliveries caused by the COVID pandemic, we will immediately send inquiries to the caravan dealers. 6. The purchase of vehicles will be financed from loans and own funds (credit promesa and bank statements were attached as attachments) and they will immediately be drawn into the company’s assets. 7. For the organizational and technical base we have selected the headquarters of the company, which specialises in the sale of cleaning equipment (sweepers) and also has a large exhibition square located on the national road No. 94 as well as full infrastructure (offices for rent, mechanical workshop,), in case of receiving funding, we are assured of renting a square and accompanying rooms (offices, sanitary rooms) 8. An important factor included in the technical specification is the requirement to have parking heating in purchased vehicles, which will allow the provision of motorhome rental services also during the winter period. 9. This will be the first stage of the investment consisting of diversifying the activities of M-ART Maciej Makowicz, which so far specialises in: a) gastronomy (PKD 56.30.Z) — the main area of activity b) broadly understood artistic services (artistic management) as well as music publishing house (www.makumba.pl ) c) online shop (acidshop.pl) (English) | |||

1. Założenia projektu polegają na zakupie dwóch samochodów kempingowych ( kamperów ) 2. Będzie do zupełnie nowa usługa nie świadczona od tej pory ( kod PKD 77.12.Z ) - wynajem i dzierżawa pozostałych pojazdów samochodowych z wyłączeniem motocykli kod nie został jeszcze wpisany do ewidencji CEIDG. 3. Dokładne wymagania odnośnie specyfikacji technicznej zostały podane w załączniku D1.Szacunkowy plan finansowy projektu. 4. Projekt będzie realizowany na terenie miasta Lubina ( 59-300 ) z opcją dowozu samochodów do klienta na terenie całego województwa dolnośląskiego. 5. Po otrzymaniu pozytywnej decyzji o dofinansowaniu do projektu ze względu na zastoje w dostawach spowodowanych pandemią COVID od razu wyślemy zapytania ofertowe do dealerów pojazdów kempingowych. 6. Zakup pojazdów sfinansujemy z kredytów oraz środków własnych ( promesa kredytowa oraz wyciągi bankowe zostały dołączone jako załączniki )i od razu zostaną one wciągnięte do majątku firmy. 7. Na bazę organizacyjno- techniczną wybraliśmy siedzibę firmy, która specjalizuje się w sprzedaży urządzeń sprzątających ( zamiatarki ) a także dysponuje dużym placem wystawowym usytuowanym przy drodze krajowej nr 94 a także pełną infrastrukturą ( biura pod wynajem, warsztat mechaniczny, ), w przypadku otrzymania dofinansowania mamy zapewnienie o wynajmie placu oraz pomieszczeń towarzyszących ( biura, pomieszczenia sanitarne) 8. Ważnym czynnikiem uwzględnionym w specyfikacji technicznej jest wymóg posiadania ogrzewania postojowego w zakupionych pojazdach co pozwoli na świadczenie usługi najmu kamperów również w okresie zimowym. 9. Będzie to pierwszy etap inwestycji polegającej na dywersyfikacji działalności firmy M-ART Maciej Makowicz, specjalizującej się do tej pory w: a) gastronomia ( PKD 56.30.Z ) - główny obszar działalności b) szeroko rozumiane usługi artystyczne ( management artystyczny ) a także wydawnictwo muzyczne ( www.makumba.pl ) c) sklep internetowy ( acidshop.pl ) (Polish)
