Property / summary
 
The BIOmesh solution will allow users to monitor and identify food products at risk of mold. Thanks to the development of the proprietary mathematical measurement model of the system, IoT sensor modules, mobile application and web/cloud, the solution will allow by correlation of the obtained measurement data to monitor and alarm about the risk of mold in products. The user will be able to set one of the four modes of measurement and monitoring of a given product group on the mobile application, such as vegetables-fruits, breads and cereals and feeds. This will allow you to adjust the operating mode of the system to the specificity of the measurement of a given product. The BLE/GSM IoT sensor module will monitor temperature, humidity, pressure, CO2, light/color and movement, will have a buzzer, RGB diodes and a push-button button. The device will be powered by a battery. Data pre-processed from the device will be sent via BLE wireless technology to a mobile application or via GSM directly to the cloud platform of the system. The sensor device will be partially autonomous, i.e. it will be able to alarm the measurement status without connection to the mobile application. As part of the developed solution, its user will be able to attach the developed IoT module in the storage place of the products and a simple setting on the mobile application of one of the four predefined modes of intelligent mould risk measurement.     Rozwiązanie BIOmesh pozwoli użytkownikom na monitorowanie i wczesną identyfikację zagrożonych pleśnią produktów spożywczych. Dzięki opracowaniu autorskiego matematycznego modelu pomiarowego systemu, modułów sensorowych IoT, aplikacji mobilnej oraz web/cloud, rozwiązanie pozwoli poprzez korelację uzyskanych danych pomiarowych monitorować i alarmować o ryzyku wystąpienia pleśni w produktach. Użytkownik będzie miał możliwość ustawienia na aplikacji mobilnej predefiniowanego jednego z czterech trybów pomiaru i monitorowania danej grupy produktowej jak warzywa-owoce, pieczywo oraz zboże i pasze. Pozwoli to dostosować tryb działania systemu do specyfiki pomiaru danego produktu. Moduł sensorowy IoT BLE/GSM będzie monitorował temperaturę, wilgotność, ciśnienie, CO2, światło/kolor oraz ruch, będzie posiadał buzzer, diody RGB oraz przycisk “push-button”. Urządzenie będzie zasilane przez baterię. Dane wstępnie przetworzone z urządzenia będą wysyłane poprzez technologię bezprzewodową BLE do aplikacji mobilnej lub poprzez GSM bezpośrednio do platformy cloud systemu. Urządzenie sensorowe będzie częściowo autonomiczne, tzn. będzie mogło alarmować status pomiaru bez połączenia z aplikacją mobilną. W ramach opracowanego rozwiązania, jego użytkownik będzie miał możliwość zamocowania opracowanego modułu IoT w miejscu przechowywania produktów oraz prostego ustawienia na aplikacji mobilnej jednego z czterech predefiniowanych trybów inteligentnego pomiaru ryzyka pleśni.
