ConnectFacilities is a project aimed at creating, promoting and achieving the market success of an innovative, intelligent, digital purchasing platform for companies ordering services and service providers from the real estate market. The project consists of the preparation of a shopping platform type “one stop shop”. The innovation of the solution is based on the fact that the connetctFacilities platform is the only product focused solely on meeting the needs of real estate services, and therefore, in addition to the possibility of connecting parties, the Ordering Party/Supplier in the purchase/sale process offers substantive advice at each stage built on the basis of machine learning and artificial intelligence algorithm created for the platform. The platform irritates, simplifies and automates the purchasing process, making it cheaper, faster and more efficient than traditional purchasing procedures in the area of these services. The company’s business model is based on several sources of revenue, including: subscription fee for suppliers, subscription fee for orderers, transaction commissions and advertisements of suppliers on the platform. In order to implement the project, human resources will be involved, including the Board of the Applicant, IT and marketing. Work space will also be rented and the necessary technical infrastructure will be purchased. (English)

    ConnectFacilities to projekt mający za cel stworzenie, wypromowanie i doprowadzenie do rynkowego sukcesu innowacyjnej, inteligentnej, cyfrowej platformy zakupowej dla firm zamawiających usługi oraz dostawców usług z rynku obsługi nieruchomości. Projekt polega na przygotowaniu platformy zakupowej typu “one stop shop”. Innowacyjność rozwiązania opiera się o to, że platforma connetctFacilities jest jedynym produktem skoncentrowanym wyłącznie na zaspokojeniu potrzeb w zakresie usług dla nieruchomości, w związku z czym poza możliwością łączenia stron Zamawiający / Dostawca w zakresie procesu zakupu / sprzedaży oferuje doradztwo merytoryczne na każdym jego etapie zbudowane na bazie maszynowego uczenia się i algorytmu sztucznej inteligencji stworzonego na potrzeby platformy. Platforma udrażnia, upraszcza i automatyzuje proces zakupowy powodując, że jest tańszy, szybszy i bardziej efektywny niż tradycyjnie przeprowadzane postępowania zakupowe w obszarze tych usług. Model biznesowy spółki opiera się o kilka źródeł przychodów w tym: opłacie subskrypcyjnej dla dostawców, opłacie subskrypcyjnej dla zamawiających, prowizji od transakcji oraz reklamy dostawców na platformie. W celu realizacji projektu zostaną zaangażowane zasoby ludzkie w tym zarządu Wnioskodawcy, IT, marketingowe. Zostanie też wynajęta powierzchnia do pracy oraz zakupiona zostanie niezbędna infrastruktura techniczna. (Polish)
