Professional activation of unemployed people, especially those in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market in Opole and Opole County (VII) | |||
Property / summary | |||
The aim of the project is to increase the employability of people from the age of 30 who are unemployed and registered in the PLO, who need the forms of assistance provided for in Measure 7.1 to return to the labour market, including in particular those in a particularly vulnerable situation on the labour market, i.e.: a) women, b) persons with disabilities, (c) persons aged 50 and over, (d) long-term unemployed, (e) low-skilled persons, (f) persons with at least one child up to 6 years of age or at least one child with disabilities up to the age of 18, (g) return migrants and immigrants. The participation of unemployed men between the ages of 30 and 49 who do not belong to the categories of persons included in points (b) and (d) to (g) shall be allowed, with no more than 20 % of the unemployed covered. This group may use forms of support, provided that the provision of support is intended to lead to the upgrading or acquisition of new qualifications or competences, or to the maintenance and formal confirmation of the qualifications or competences of project participants or to the start of a business activity. For each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given project participant, e.g. through the development/update of the Individual Action Plan (IPD). On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. At the end of its implementation, the project assumes reaching the criterion of employment efficiency, informing about the percentage of participants who took up employment (on the basis of an employment contract and self-employment) at the minimum level indicated in the communication of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy. Dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi pogłębiona analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika projektu m.in. poprzez opracowanie/aktualizację Indywidualnego Planu Działania (IPD).
