The subject of the project is to conduct one comprehensive information — educational campaign related to waste management for the inhabitants of Opole, the Municipality of Turawa, the Municipality of Komprachcice and the entire region. The project’s activities will be aimed at reducing the amount of waste produced and its proper segregation and recycling. The applicant for the project is the City of Opole. The partners of the project are the Municipality of Turawa and the Municipality of Komprachcice. The Municipal Centre for Education Assistance in Opole will also be involved in the implementation of the project as the operator of part of the activities. Scope of the project: City of Opole: • Preparation of a feasibility study; • Development and operation of a mobile application dedicated to waste management (the use of information and communication technologies); • Competitions for waste management; • Ecological festivities; • Education of local government employees; • Book/thing exchange points and Municipal Electro-waste Points; • Promoting the circular economy; • Ecological picnic "Opole in the rhythm of nature”; • Workshops for teachers and conferences; • Circular economy workshops for preschoolers and pupils. Municipality of Komprachcice: • Promotion of collection of plastic nuts; • Competitions for waste management; • Ecoaction — a picnic in the open air. Municipality of Turawa: • Promotion of separate waste collection in recreational areas of Turawskie Lakes; • Promotion of separate collection of waste in rural areas; • Social campaign on the management of hazardous waste and the effects of incineration of garbage in domestic furnaces. In addition, the project assumes indirect costs of the applicant and the partners. The project foresees improvements for persons with disabilities, which are further described in the feasibility study of the project. (English)

    Przedmiotem projektu jest przeprowadzenie jednej kompleksowej kampanii informacyjno – edukacyjnej związanej z gospodarką odpadami dla mieszkańców Opola, Gminy Turawa, Gminy Komprachcice oraz całego regionu. Działania projektu nakierowane będą na zmniejszenie ilości produkowanych odpadów oraz prawidłowej ich segregacji i recyclingu. Wnioskodawcą projektu jest Miasto Opole. Partnerami przedsięwzięcia są Gmina Turawa i Gmina Komprachcice. W realizację projektu włączone będzie również Miejskie Centrum Wspomagania Edukacji w Opolu jako operator części działań. Zakres projektu: Miasto Opole: • Przygotowanie studium wykonalności; • Rozbudowa i prowadzenie aplikacji mobilnej poświęconej gospodarce odpadami (wykorzystanie technologii informacyjno - komunikacyjnych); • Konkursy dotyczące gospodarki odpadami; • Festyn ekologiczny; • Edukacja pracowników samorządowych; • Punkty wymiany książek/rzeczy oraz Miejskie Punkty Elektroodpadów; • Promocja gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym; • Piknik ekologiczny "Opole w rytmie natury”; • Warsztaty dla nauczycieli wraz z konferencjami; • Warsztaty dot. gospodarki o obiegu zamkniętym dla przedszkolaków i uczniów. Gmina Komprachcice: • Promocja zbierania plastikowych nakrętek; • Konkursy dotyczące gospodarki odpadami; • Ekoakcja - piknik w plenerze. Gmina Turawa: • Promocja selektywnej zbiórki odpadów na terenach rekreacyjnych Jezior Turawskich; • Promocja selektywnej zbiórki odpadów w przestrzeni wiejskiej; • Kampania społeczna dot. postępowania z odpadami niebezpiecznymi oraz skutków spalania śmieci w domowych piecach. Ponadto projekt zakłada koszty pośrednie wnioskodawcy i partnerów. W ramach projektu przewidziano usprawnienia dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które zostały szerzej opisane w studium wykonalności projektu. (Polish)
