The subject of the project is a deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the C segment of the Adam Mickiewicz Public Primary School, located in Opole at ul. Cart 21 — in the area of the Opole Agglomeration. This project is the third stage of the overall modernisation process of the facility consisting of 7 segments. Regardless, it is a separate thermomodernisation project, which is confirmed by, among others, a separate energy audit prepared for the segment and the determination of the ecological effect for the activities carried out under this investment. The building covered by the project (segment C) as an educational facility (public utility building) has a significant social function. The thermomodernisation activities carried out are due to their comprehensive nature of deep energy modernisation, including the following works: insulation of external walls and rooftops, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of c.o. installations as an element of energy modernisation of the building, modernisation of electrical installation (lighting) and creation of a green wall. All activities in a comprehensive manner lead to an improvement in the energy efficiency of the building. The implementation of the project was preceded by an energy audit, which precisely defined its energy performance and indicated the possibilities of introducing improvements to the extent that the implementation of the investment was as effective as possible. As a result of the investment, one building with a usable area of 1 363.46 m² will be upgraded energetically. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna segmentu C obiektu Publicznej Szkoły Podstawowej nr 14 im. Adama Mickiewicza, zlokalizowanej w Opolu przy ul. Koszyka 21 - na terenie Aglomeracji Opolskiej. Niniejszy projekt stanowi III etap całościowego procesu modernizacji obiektu składającego się z 7 segmentów. Niezależnie od tego stanowi odrębne przedsięwzięcie termomodernizacyjne, co potwierdzone jest m.in. odrębnym audytem energetycznym przygotowanymi dla segmentu oraz określeniem efektu ekologicznego dla działań realizowanych w ramach niniejszej inwestycji. Budynek objęty projektem (segment C) jako obiekt edukacyjny (budynek użyteczności publicznej) pełni znaczącą funkcję społeczną. Prowadzone działania termomodernizacyjne mają ze względu na swoją kompleksowość charakter głębokiej modernizacji energetycznej obejmującej następujące prace: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i stropodachu, wymianę stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizację instalacji c.o. jako element modernizacji energetycznej budynku, modernizację instalacji elektrycznej (oświetlenia)oraz utworzenie zielonej ściany. Wszystkie działania w sposób kompleksowy prowadzą do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku. Realizacja projektu została poprzedzona audytem energetycznym, który precyzyjnie określił jego charakterystykę energetyczną i wskazał możliwości wprowadzanie usprawnień w takim zakresie, aby realizacja inwestycji była jak najbardziej efektywna. W wyniku realizacji inwestycji zostanie zmodernizowany energetycznie jeden budynek o powierzchni użytkowej 1.363,46 m2. (Polish)
