The aim of the project is to increase access to care and social services provided in the commune of Książki voivodship Kujawsko-Pomorskie for 10 people in need of support in daily functioning in the period from 01.07.2021 to 30.06.2022 and train 2 people who will be able to improve their care skills.The project provides for the implementation of comprehensive social services implemented in the local environment, including:- Social work with participants;- The provision of care services for 10 people in need of support in the daily functioning of the place of residence as a substitute for actual carers; All activities carried out in the project will be free of charge. Planned effects of the project:- Result indicator — Number of places of social service provision supported by the programme existing at the end of the project — 2 — number of carers of persons in need of support in the daily functioning of services in the place of residence.Product indicators:- Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by social services of general interest in the programme — 10 people in need of support in the daily functioning of the project is in line with the objectives and results of the Social and Economic Development Strategy of the Poviat of Wąbrzeskie and the Revitalisation Programme of the City of Wąbrzeźno for the years 2016-2023.Without additional support from the European Union, the planned activities could not be implemented. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępu do usług opiekuńczych i społecznych świadczonych w gminie Książki woj. kujawsko - pomorskie dla 10 osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu w okresie od 01.07.2021 do 30.06.2022 r. oraz przeszkolenie 2 osób, u których nastąpi zwiększenie umiejętności opiekuńczych.Projekt przewiduje realizację kompleksowych usług społecznych realizowanych w środowisku lokalnym w tym:- Praca socjalna z uczestnikami;- Świadczenie usług opiekuńczych dla 10 osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu w miejscu zamieszkania w zastępstwie za opiekunów faktycznych;Usługi opiekuńcze będą realizowane przez przeszkolonych/-ne w ramach projektu 2 opiekunów/-ek. Wszystkie działania realizowane w projekcie będą nieodpłatne. Planowane efekty projektu:- Wskaźnik rezultatu – Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu – 2 – liczba opiekunów osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu świadczących usługi w miejscu zamieszkania.Wskaźniki Produktu:- Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym w programie - 10 osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu Projekt wpisuje się w zakresie celów i rezultatów w Strategię Rozwoju Społeczno-Gospodarczego Powiatu Wąbrzeskiego i Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta Wąbrzeźno na lata 2016-2023.Bez dodatkowego wsparcia z Unii Europejskiej zaplanowanych działań nie można by było zrealizować.
