The project is implemented in the Więcbork Commune, in partnership between the entity of social economy — the Economic Foundation “Pro Europa” and the Municipality of Więcbork.The main objective of the project is to increase the availability to social services provided in the local community for residents of the Więcbork Commune at risk of poverty or social exclusion, by developing the offer and increasing the number of places in the senior club, as well as supporting the environment of these people, during the period 03.01.2022-30.06.2023.The target group is 67 people in need of support in the daily functioning of the Więcbork commune, living in the Więcbork Commune.Thanks to the implementation of the project 67 people (40, 27M) will be covered by social services in the Więcbork Commune. Projekt realizowany na terenie Gminy Więcbork, w partnerstwie pomiędzy podmiotem ekonomii społecznej - Fundacją Gospodarczą "Pro Europa" a Gminą Więcbork.Głównym celem projektu jest zwiększenie dostępności do usług społecznych świadczonych w społeczności lokalnej dla mieszkańców Gminy Więcbork zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez rozwój oferty i zwiększenie liczby miejsc w klubie seniora, a także wsparcie otoczenia tych osób, w okresie 03.01.2022-30.06.2023.Grupa docelowa to 67 osób potrzebujących wsparcia w codziennym funkcjonowaniu, zamieszkujących na terenie Gminy Więcbork.Dzięki realizacji projektu 67 osób (40K, 27M) zostanie objętych usługami społecznymi świadczonymi w interesie ogólnym. Zwiększy się także o 10 miejsc liczba miejsc świadczenia usług opiekuńczych istniejących po zakończeniu projektu.Projekt pn. "Centrum Aktywności Seniora II" opiera się na zadaniu: Klub seniora.
