The main objective of the project is “Reducing the risk of HPV morbidity among 1,203 girls born in the year: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 — residents of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship (Stargard subregion, counties: Stargard, Choszczeński, Pyrzycki, Thinkborski, Gryfiński) — the goal will be reached by 30.06.2023. The main objective will be achieved by following a full HPV vaccination regimen. The planned tasks are in line with the objectives of the Regional Health Programme. West Pomeranian ‘Prophylaxis of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection for the period 2021-2022’ and includes: Information and promotion activities — Module 1; Qualification of participants for the project — Module 2; Educational activities — Module 3; Immunisation — Module 4. The target group of the project is: the Girls of the Years: 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 (1.203 girls attending SP from the Stargard subregion) and their parents/guardians taking part in educational activities (1.203 people). However, for girls born in 2008, they must be subject to a full 2-dose vaccination cycle by the end of calendar year 2022. The project will support pupils and their parents/guardians from all primary schools in the sub-region (140 schools), which will ensure that the program is available to all potential recipients of support. MAIN RESULTS: Number of health service providers supported by the programme, existing after the completion of the project [7 pcs], ‘Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion covered by health services in the programme [1.203 persons]. The project meets the bonus score no. 3: The project also provides support in the afternoon (after 16:00) and in the evening and on Saturdays. (English)

    Celem głównym projektu jest „Zmniejszenie zagrożenia zachorowalności na HPV wśród 1.203 dziewcząt w urodzonych w roku: 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 - mieszkanek woj. zachodnipomorskiego (subregionu stargardzkiego, powiatów: stargardzkiego, choszczeńskiego, pyrzyckiego, myśliborskiego, gryfińskiego) – cel zostanie osiągnięty do 30.06.2023 r”. Cel główny zostanie osiągnięty dzięki przeprowadzeniu pełnego schematu szczepienia przeciwko HPV. Planowane zadania są zgodne z założeniami Regionalnego Programu Zdrowotnego Woj. Zachodniopomorskiego " Profilaktyka zakażeń wirusem brodawczaka ludzkiego (HPV) na lata 2021-2022" i obejmują: Działania informacyjno-promocyjne - Moduł 1; Kwalifikacja uczestników do projektu - Moduł 2; Działania edukacyjne - Moduł 3; Przeprowadzenie szczepień - Moduł 4. Grupę docelową projektu stanowią: dziewczynki z roczników: 2008, 2009, 2010 i 2011 (1.203 dziewczynek uczęszczających do SP z subregionu stargardzkikiego) oraz ich rodzice/opiekunowie biorący udział w działaniach edukacyjnych (1.203 osób). Przy czym, w przypadku dziewcząt urodzonych w roku 2008,muszą one zostać objęte pełnym cyklem 2-dawkowego szczepienia do końca roku kalendarzowego 2022. Projekt obejmie wsparciem uczennice i ich rodziców/opiekunów ze wszystkich szkół podstawowych na terenie subregionu (140 szkoły), co zagwarantuje dostępność do programu wszystkim potencjalnym adresatkom wsparcia. GŁÓWNE REZULTATY: Liczba wspartych w programie miejsc świadczenia usług zdrowotnych, istniejących po zakończeniu projektu [7 szt.], „Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych usługami zdrowotnymi w programie [1.203 osoby]. Proj. spełnia kryt. premiujące nr 3: W ramach projektu realizowane jest wsparcie również w godzinach popołudniowych (po godzinie 16:00) i wieczornych oraz w soboty. (Polish)
