The aim of the project is to activate the community — the profession is at risk of poverty or exclusion of people living in the communes: Złotniki Kujawskie, Janikowo and Rojewo benefit from social benefits in accordance with the paragraph on social assistance or eligible for social assistance, through the implementation of forms of active integration, courses and training and other integration activities and environments (including for the environment) — compliance with the specific objective Active integration of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion by improving and strengthening their employability. The unit in the real project will be based on the Local Activity Programme using an instrument of active inclusion (social, professional, environmental act) and will be of the character of both individual, family and Wednesday support.The project is individualised and comprehensive, responds to the needs of the PC and does not limit the possibility of access to individual types of active integration services.Integration assets will be covered by 90 people(59K and 31M).The support process of the UP will be based on a reintegr path created individually for each person at risk of poverty and exclusion, taking into account the diagnosis of the situation, the problem., resources, potential, needs.The planned measures will enable the active inclusion of the community, including the return to the market of the risk of poverty or the exclusion of the community, which before applying the instruments and services of the market require the activation of the public. Prefer will be inhabited by degraded and revitalised areas, disabled people, people experiencing multiple exclusions.,benefits from POPŻ 2014-2020.In the project, the following measures are implemented:1 Social activation, 2Professional activity,3Environmental activities.The activities are in line with the way of achieving the objective set out in the ORSG Strategy.Proj.realiz will be in a cross-sectoral partnership between the entity of social economy.and the prest. publ. social services (OPS-y). Celem proj.jest aktywiz społ.–zawod. os zagroż ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ.zamieszkujących na obszarze Gmin: Złotniki Kujawskie, Janikowo i Rojewo korzystaj ze świadczeń pom. społ. zgodnie z ust. o pomocy społ. lub kwalifikujących się do objęcia wsparciem przez pomoc społ., poprzez realizację form aktywnej integracji, kursów i szkoleń oraz innych działań integrac i środowisk(w tym dla otoczenia)- zgodność z celem szczegółowym Aktywna integracja osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym poprzez poprawę i wzmocnienie ich zdolności do zatrudnienia. Dział w proj. real. będą w oparciu o Program Aktywności Lokalnej z wykorzyst. instrumen aktywnej integracji (akt. społecznej, zawodowej, środowiskowej) i będą miały charakter zarówno wsparcia indywid.,rodzinnego jak i środow.Wsparcie zaplan w proj jest zindywidualiz i kompleksowe,odpowiada na potrzeby UP i nie ogranicza możliwości dostępu do poszczeg rodzajów usług aktywnej integracji.Usługami aktyw integracji objętych zostanie 90 osób(59K i 31M).Proces wsparcia UP odbywać się będzie w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegr stworzoną indywidual dla każdej os.zagroż ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ, z uwzględn diagnozy sytuacji problem.,zasobów, potencjału,potrzeb.Zaplanowane w proj.działania umożliwią aktywne włączenie społ., w tym także powrót na rynek pr os. zagroż ubóstwem lub wyklucz społ., kt przed zastosow instrumen i usług rynku pr wymagają aktywizacji społ.
