Celem proj. jest aktyw społ. i zaw. mieszkańców Gminy Stolno (25K i13M) zagroż. ubóstwem lub wykl. społ.,zmniejszenie izolacji i marginalizacji tych grup poprzez integrację społ. oraz wyposażenie ich w umiejętności i kwalif. zaw. Oczekiwane rezultaty: podniesienie kompetencji społ-zaw; zwiększenie motywacji do działania; wzmocnienie wiary we własne możliwości; podniesienie samooceny, zwiększenie poczucia wpływu na własne życie, zmniejszenie marginalizacji i izolacji społ; nabycie umiejętności społ oraz umiejętności kreatywnego i zdrowego spędzania czasu wolnego. Działania w ramach proj. real. będą w oparciu o kontrakt socjalny i Program Aktywności Lokalnej (PAL) z wykorzystaniem instrumentów aktywnej integracji (aktywizacji społ, eduk., zaw.). Zaplanowane działania będą miały charakter wsparcia bezpośrednio skierowanego do os. (indywidualnego), jak i pośrednio wsparcia rodzinnego oraz środowiskowego. Usługami aktywnej integracji objętych zostanie 38mieszk gm Stolno (25K, 13M), z czego m.in. 9 os. w wyniku proj. podejmie zatrudnienie. Kontraktem socj. zostanie objętych 9K i 9M, natomiast działaniami w ramach PAL 20(16K i 4M). Proces wsparcia uczest projektu (UP) odbywać się będzie w oparciu o ścieżkę reintegracji stworzoną indyw. dla każdej os., z uwzględnieniem diagnozy sytuacji problem., zasobów, potencjału, potrzeb. Zaplanowane w proj. zindywidualizowane i kompleksowe działania umożliwią aktywne włączenie społ., w tym także powrót na rynek pr os. zagroż ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ, które w pierwszej kolejności wymagają aktywizacji społ., tj. os. zakwalifik. do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ust. o prom. zatrudn. i inst. rynku pracy, w tym także korzyst. z PO Pomoc Żywnościowa 2014-2020. L’objectif du projet est l’activité des habitants de la municipalité de Stolno (25K i13M) exposés au risque de pauvreté ou de probation, en réduisant l’isolement et la marginalisation de ces groupes par l’intégration sociale et en les dotant de compétences et de qualifications. Résultats escomptés: améliorer les compétences de la société; accroître la motivation à agir; renforcer la confiance dans ses propres capacités; accroître l’estime de soi, accroître le sentiment d’impact sur sa propre vie, réduire la marginalisation et l’isolement social; acquérir des compétences sociales et des loisirs créatifs et sains. Les actions menées dans le cadre du projet réel seront fondées sur un contrat social et un programme d’activités locales (PAL) utilisant des instruments d’inclusion active (activation sociale, éducation, etc.). Les activités prévues seront directement ciblées sur la guêpe. soutien (individuel) et indirectement familial et environnemental. Les services d’inclusion active seront couverts par 38 habitants de Stolno gm (25K, 13M), dont entre autres. 9 personnes à la suite du projet prendront un emploi. Le contrat social sera couvert par 9K et 9M, tandis que les actions relevant du PAL 20(16K et 4M) seront couvertes. Ziel des Projekts ist die Tätigkeit der Bewohner der Gemeinde Stolno (25K i13M), die von Armut oder Bewährung bedroht sind, wodurch die Isolation und Marginalisierung dieser Gruppen durch soziale Integration verringert und sie mit Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen ausgestattet werden. Erwartete Ergebnisse: Verbesserung der Kompetenzen der Gesellschaft; Steigerung der Motivation zum Handeln; Stärkung des Vertrauens in die eigenen Fähigkeiten; Steigerung des Selbstwertgefühls, Steigerung des Einflusses auf das eigene Leben, Verringerung der Marginalisierung und soziale Isolation; Erwerb sozialer Fähigkeiten und kreativer und gesunder Freizeit. Die Maßnahmen im Rahmen des realen Projekts werden auf einem Sozialvertrag und einem lokalen Aktivitätsprogramm (PAL) beruhen, das aktive Inklusionsinstrumente (soziale Aktivierung, Bildung usw.) nutzt. Die geplanten Aktivitäten werden direkt auf die Wespen ausgerichtet sein. (individuell) und indirekt familiäre und ökologische Unterstützung.
