Budynek zlokalizowany jest przy ul. Osiedlowej 6a w Gronowie Elbląskim. Budynek znajduje się na terenie działki o numerze: 10/10 obręb 0004, Gronowo Elbląskie, jednostka ewidencyjna 280403_2.
