The subject of the project is the deep, comprehensive energy modernisation of the public utility building in Gronów Elbląski, thus improving the attractiveness of the Municipality of Gronowo Elbląskie. The building is located at ul. Housing estate 6a in Gronów Elbląski. The building is located in the area of the plot numbered: 10/10 area 0004, Gronowo Elbląskie, cadastral unit 280403_2. Net usable area of buildings undergoing thermal modernisation: 1 849.78 m² According to the energy audit of the facility and construction projects, it is necessary to carry out the following material range of thermomodernisation works in order to achieve optimal energy parameters for the facility: — Mod. hot water system — Mod. partitions O2 “Gravity ventilation” — Mod. partitions O4 “Gravity ventilation” — Mod. partitions O3 “Gravity ventilation” — Mod. partitions O6 illumination above the door “Gravity ventilation” — Mod. partitions O7 illumination above the door “Gravity ventilation” — Mod. Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka, kompleksowa termomodernizacja energetyczna budynku użyteczności publicznej Gimnazjum w Gronowie Elbląskim, a więc poprawa atrakcyjności Gminy Gronowo Elbląskie. Budynek zlokalizowany jest przy ul. Osiedlowej 6a w Gronowie Elbląskim. Budynek znajduje się na terenie działki o numerze: 10/10 obręb 0004, Gronowo Elbląskie, jednostka ewidencyjna 280403_2. Powierzchnia użytkowa netto budynków poddawanych termomodernizacji: to 1849,78 m2 Zgodnie z przeprowadzonym audytem energetycznym obiektu i projektami budowlanymi dla uzyskania optymalnych dla obiektu parametrów energetycznych niezbędna jest realizacja następującego zakresu rzeczowego robót termomodernizacyjnych: - Mod. systemu ciepłej wody użytkowej - Mod. przegrody O2 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody O4 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody O3 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody O6 naświetle nad drzwiami ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody O7 naświetle nad drzwiami ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody O5 okrągłe ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody DZ3 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody DZ4 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody DZ1 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod.przegrody DZ2 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody OPZ1 ‘Wentylacja grawitacyjna’ - Mod. przegrody Stropodach nad poddaszem użytkowym - Mod. przegrody Strop wewnętrzny - Mod. przegrody Strop wew. - Mod.przegrody Strop zew. - Mod. przegrody Ściana zew. - Mod. systemu grzewczego - Wymiana oświetlenia wew. na LED - Montaż instal. fotow. na dachu moc 15,39 kWp Cele projektu są ponadto spójne z celami horyzontalnymi wytyczonymi dla projektów tego typu w RPO WiM na lata 2014-2020.
