The subject of the project is the execution of works improving the energy efficiency of buildings publ. at ul. Nidzicka 31, Mazurska 3 and School in Kozłów. As a result of realiz.proj. will be a deep comprehensive modernisation of the energy of publ buildings. Nidzicka 31: —Replacement of heat node.for modern works.in technol.plat exchanger.Rinsing and cleaning.chem.installation. Installation of steel radiators equipped with thermost valves. Installation of numerous.warm, building management system-temp. control of individual units and remote reading of energy. —Dociepl.stropodu ventilators, roof of the hall -Montage of the installation of went.mech.naw. Installation of one heating and ventilation system equipped with a system of heat recovery -Dociepl.wall outer floors of aboveground buildings. —Exchange of windows and doors for energy. —Installation of PV power 19.8 kW (60 pcs. PV panels power 330W) -Asembly syst.zarz.energy in zakr.instal.olight Mazurska 3: —Replacement of heat node., necessary boiler fittings, radiators for steel with valve with thermostat head. —Montaż syst.zarz.budynkiem BMS -Dociepl.stropodachu ventillow -Replacement of basement windows for energy, wall made of glass blocks for window joinery together with part.reduced.window hole -Insulation outside.floor wall, walls in the plinth zone and foundation walls. PV installation with a power of 16.5 kW (50 pcs. PV panels power 330W) -Sast.zarz.energy installation in the lighting installation. School 6: —Exchange of the heat node. Montaż liczn.ciepła, sys.zarządzania bud.-sterowanie temp.w poszczeg. pom. i zdalny odczyt zuż.energii. -Dociepl.stropodachu wentylow, dachu hali -Montaż instalacji went.mech.naw.- wyw.z rekuperacją.
