The subject of the project is an investment involving the reconstruction of the common room in Czystochlebiu along with the reconstruction of roads to the common room in Czystochleb. The beneficiary of the project discussed in this Application is the Municipality of Ryńsk. It is worth noting that due to the nature of the investment, the final beneficiaries should include the users (local community) of the area covered by the project, as they will most benefit from the implementation of the investment covered by this Proposal. The main problem is insufficient infrastructure to carry out actions to combat social problems in the town of Czystochleb and poor condition of roads leading to the facility. The main goal is to properly adapt the infrastructure to carry out actions to combat social problems in the town of Czystochleb and to improve the condition of roads leading to the facility. The timetable and scope of the project are as follows:1. Reconstruction of the common room in Czystochlebieu: January 2021 — December 20212. Reconstruction of roads to the common room in Czystochlebieu: January 2021 — December 20213. Indirect costs: January 2021-December 2021In indirect costs, project management and project promotion will be implemented. Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja polegająca na przebudowie świetlicy w Czystochlebiu wraz z przebudową dróg do świetlicy w miejscowości Czystochleb. Beneficjentem projektu omawianego w niniejszym Wniosku jest Gmina Ryńsk. Warto zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych beneficjentów należy zaliczyć użytkowników (społeczność lokalna) obszaru objętego projektem, gdyż to oni najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym Wnioskiem. Głównym problemem jest niedostateczna infrastruktura do prowadzenia działań zwalczających problemy społeczne w miejscowości Czystochleb oraz zły stan dróg prowadzącej do obiektu. Głównym celem jest odpowiednie przystosowanie infrastruktury do prowadzenia działań zwalczających problemy społeczne w miejscowości Czystochleb oraz poprawa stanu dróg prowadzących do obiektu. Harmonogram i zakres projektu przedstawia się następująco:1. Przebudowa świetlicy w Czystochlebiu: styczeń 2021 - grudzień 20212. Przebudowa dróg do świetlicy w Czystochlebiu: styczeń 2021 - grudzień 20213. Koszty pośrednie: styczeń 2021 - grudzień 2021W ramach kosztów pośrednich realizowane będzie zarządzanie projektem oraz promocja projektu. Oba zadania zostały wykazane jako jedno pn. „Koszty pośrednie” z uwagi na dokonanie ich rozliczenia zgodnie z przyjętą w konkursie stawką ryczałtową. (Polish)
