The subject of the project is the adaptation of building No. 4 at John Paul II Square with its surroundings, contributing to the elimination of social and economic problems identified in the revitalised area as part of the Municipal Revitalisation Programme of the City and Commune of Solec Kujawski for the years 2016-2023. The investment task includes: adaptation of building No. 4 at Pl. JP II for the implementation of key social projects, connecting the building to the underground infrastructure, developing JP II Square as a public space adapted to the needs of an ageing society and people with disabilities and conducive to social inclusion and the development of entrepreneurship. Total area of areas covered by revitalisation 0.6947 ha.The project will be implemented under the 2014-2020 ROP, Measure 6.4. Revitalisation and investments in educational infrastructure under ITI, Sub-measure 6.4.1 Revitalisation of urban areas and their functional areas under ITI, Scheme: Investments in urban regeneration under ITI. The investment fits into the type of projects envisaged for co-financing under Poddz. 6.4.1.The aim of the project is to increase social and economic recovery in urban areas and functionally linked areas. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing access to social services, based on the renovated infrastructure and in connection with the process of professional activation of people at risk of social exclusion and their economic independence. 6.4.1.: Increase in social and gosp. recovery in urban areas and functionally linked areas. The project implementation period was planned for the years 2018-2021. The project is not covered by public aid. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja budynku nr 4 przy Placu Jana Pawła II wraz z otoczeniem, przyczyniająca się do likwidacji problemów społecznych i gospodarczych zidentyfikowanych na obszarze rewitalizowanym w ramach Gminnego Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta i Gminy Solec Kujawski na lata 2016-2023. Zadanie inwestycyjne obejmuje: adaptację budynku nr 4 przy Pl. JP II na potrzeby realizacji kluczowych projektów społecznych, podłączenie budynku do infrastruktury podziemnej, zagospodarowanie Placu JP II jako przestrzeni publicznej dostosowanej do potrzeb starzejącego się społeczeństwa i osób niepełnosprawnych oraz sprzyjającej integracji społecznej i rozwojowi przedsiębiorczości. Łączna powierzchnia obszarów objętych rewitalizacją 0,6947ha.Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach RPO WKP 2014-2020, Działanie 6.4. Rewitalizacja oraz inwestycje w infrastrukturę edukacyjną w ramach ZIT, Poddziałanie 6.4.1 Rewitalizacja obszarów miejskich i ich obszarów funkcjonalnych w ramach ZIT, Schemat: Inwestycje z zakresu rewitalizacji obszarów miejskich w ramach ZIT. Inwestycja wpisuje się w typ projektów przewidzianych do dofinansowania w ramach poddz. 6.4.1.Celem projektu jest wzrost ożywienia społecznego i gospodarczego na obszarach miejskich i obszarach powiązanych z nimi funkcjonalnie. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia dostępu do usług społecznych, w oparciu o wyremontowaną infrastrukturę i w powiązaniu z procesem aktywizacji zawodowej osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym oraz ich ekonomicznym usamodzielnieniem się.W rezultacie zostanie spełniony główny cel projektu, który jest w pełni zgodny z celem szczegółowym dla poddz. 6.4.1.: Wzrost ożywienia społ. i gosp. na obszarach miejskich i obszarach powiązanych z nimi funkcjonalnie. Okres realizacji projektu został zaplanowany na lata 2018-2021. Projekt nie jest objęty pomocą publiczną. (Polish)
