The subject of the project is the exchange of coal heat sources in individual households in the Chociwel Commune, for less emission sources. A survey conducted for the project showed that the potential recipients of the project could be 30 households. As part of the project, modern heat sources will be installed, meeting strict emission standards. The survey also showed the need to develop 26 energy performance certificates for buildings/residential premises. The eligible costs of the project also include indirect costs covering the costs of project management and promotion. The presented project is a grant project — a party to the co-financing agreement will be the Municipality of Chociwel, which, after conducting a call for the project among the residents of the municipality, will award grants to qualified residents to carry out the exchange of heat sources. Individual grantees will be responsible for the exchange itself. The replacement of heat sources to less emission will contribute to the reduction of dust emissions calculated by the simplified method by 97.77 %. The project will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The project is complementary to the project submitted by the Applicant as part of a parallel call for action 2.15 ROP WZP 2014-2020, as well as with other projects of the Chociwel Commune in the field of environmental protection. The project will be implemented entirely in the area located in the Special Inclusion Zone. 96.20 % of the area of Chociwel Municipality is the Natura 2000 site “Ostoja Ińska”. The applicant has experience in the field of energy modernisation of buildings. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest wymiana węglowych źródeł ciepła w indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych na terenie Gminy Chociwel, na źródła mniej emisyjne. Przeprowadzone na potrzeby projektu badanie ankietowe wykazało, iż potencjalnymi odbiorcami projektu może być 30 gospodarstw domowych. W ramach projektu zainstalowane zostaną nowoczesne źródła ciepła, spełniające surowe normy emisyjne. Ankietyzacja wykazała również potrzebę opracowania 26 szt. świadectw charakterystyki energetycznej budynków/lokali mieszkalnych. Do kosztów kwalifikowalnych projektu zaliczają się również koszty pośrednie obejmujące koszty zarządzania i promocji projektu. Prezentowany projekt jest projektem grantowym- stroną umowy o dofinansowanie będzie Gmina Chociwel, która po przeprowadzeniu wśród mieszkańców gminy naboru do projektu, przyzna zakwalifikowanym mieszkańcom granty na przeprowadzenie wymiany źródeł ciepła. Za samą wymianę odpowiedzialni będą poszczególni grantobiorcy. Wymiana źródeł ciepła na mniej emisyjne przyczyni się do spadku emisji pyłów obliczonego metodą uproszczoną o 97,77%. Projekt pozwoli również na redukcję emisji gazów cieplarnianych. Projekt jest komplementarny z projektem składanym przez Wnioskodawcę w ramach równoległego naboru do działania 2.15 RPO WZP 2014-2020, a także z innymi projektami Gminy Chociwel z zakresu ochrony środowiska. Projekt w całości realizowany będzie na obszarze położonym w Specjalnej Strefie Włączenia. 96,20% powierzchni Gminy Chociwel stanowi obszar Natura 2000 „Ostoja Ińska”. Wnioskodawca posiada doświadczenie z zakresu modernizacji energetycznej budynków. (Polish)
