The subject of the project is the construction of the building of the Environmental Self-Help House together with the technical infrastructure in Świecie nad Osą.The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Świecie nad Osą. It is worth noting, however, that due to the nature of the investment, the final recipients of the support (target group) include people benefiting from the Environmental Self-Help House, at risk of social exclusion (these include dependent people with mental disorders, chronically mentally ill and mentally handicapped), as these will most benefit from the investment covered by this proposal.The project will be implemented in Świecie nad Osą.The main problems identified are the lack of sufficient infrastructure for the admission of new people to the Environmental Self-help House.The main objective is to provide adequate infrastructure for the implementation of new people to the needs of new people. — Number of projects in which the costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities were financed — 0 pcs. The planned result of the project will be:- Number of people using new or adapted buildings intended for services provided at local community level — 40 people (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa budynku Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy wraz z infrastrukturą techniczną w miejscowości Świecie nad Osą.Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Świecie nad Osą. Warto jednakże zaznaczyć, że ze względu na charakter inwestycji, do ostatecznych odbiorców wsparcia (grupa docelowa) należy zaliczyć osoby korzystające ze Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy, zagrożone wykluczeniem społecznym (zalicza się do nich osoby niesamodzielne z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, przewlekle psychicznie chorych i upośledzonych umysłowo), gdyż toone najbardziej zyskają na realizacji inwestycji objętej niniejszym wniosku.Projekt będzie realizowany w miejscowości Świecie nad Osą.Główny zidentyfikowany problemy to brak wystarczającej infrastruktury na przyjęcie nowych osób do Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy.Głównym celem jest zapewnienie odpowiedniej infrastruktury na przyjęcie nowych osób do Środowiskowego Domu Samopomocy.Planowanymi produktami realizacji projektu będą:- Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 1 szt.- Liczba nowych lub zaadaptowanych budynków przeznaczonych na cele usług świadczonych na poziomie lokalnych społeczności – 1 szt. - Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami – 0 szt. Planowanym rezultatem realizacji projektu będzie:- Liczba osób korzystających z nowych lub zaadaptowanych budynków przeznaczonych na cele usług świadczonych na poziomie lokalnych społeczności – 40 osób (Polish)
