The subject of this project is the implementation of the results of R & D works carried out independently, within which a method of pressure control in the interior of the insulated glass was developed. The proposed solution consists of the inclusion of a thin-layer valve in the glass, which regulates the gas exchange between the interior of the glass and the surroundings, the active section of which will decrease over time as a result of slow closure by a viscous liquid in the form of butyl sealant and thiocol. The material scope of the project includes the acquisition of fixed assets, which were determined by the analysis of the current technical facilities and the R & D results required for implementation. 1) Automatic washing and firing line with 2 800 mm gas filling press; 2) Automatic glass painting system; 3) Socket production line — consisting of a device for the production of double-sided adhesive tape and a module applying powder to one side of the tape; 4) Measuring scanner — used to control the quality of glass; 5) L-type glass stands for glass export. The project also foresees the purchase of a temperature measurement and hand disinfection station to counter the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main stages of the project will be: 1) acquisition of machinery and equipment, identified within the scope of the applicant’s investment needs, necessary to implement the results of R & D works; 2) calibrating and setting new equipment and introducing it into the production process at the Applicant’s plant; 3) trial production and quality testing of the products received (possible corrections to the machine settings or process if discrepancies between the products received and the expected results are detected); 4) Starting the target production. The project will be carried out at the production plant at ul. Top 11 in Novogarda. (English)

    Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie do działalności Wnioskodawcy wyników samodzielnie przeprowadzonych prac B+R, w ramach których opracowano metodę regulacji ciśnienia we wnętrzu szyb zespolonych. Proponowane rozwiązanie polega na zawarciu w szybie cienkowarstwowego zaworu, regulującego bezobsługowo wymianę gazową między wnętrzem szyby a otoczeniem, którego przekrój czynny będzie się zmniejszał w czasie w wyniku powolnego zamykania przez lepką ciecz w postaci szczeliwa butylowego i tiokolu. W zakres rzeczowy projektu wchodzi nabycie środków trwałych, które zostały określone dzięki analizie obecnego zaplecza technicznego oraz wymaganego do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R. Wymagany będzie zakup następujących maszyn i urządzeń produkcyjnych: 1) Automatyczna linia do mycia i zespalania z prasą do napełniania gazem 2800 mm; 2) Automatyczny system malowania szkła; 3) Linia do wytwarzania zaworków - składająca się z urządzenia do wytwarzania dwustronnie klejącej taśmy samoprzylepnej oraz modułu nakładającego proszek na jedną stronę taśmy; 4) Skaner pomiarowy - służący do kontroli jakości szkła; 5) Stojaki do szkła-typu L do wywozu szkła. W ramach projektu przewidziano również zakup stacji pomiaru temperatury i dezynfekcji rąk w celu przeciwdziałania negatywnym skutkom pandemii COVID-19. Najważniejszymi etapami projektu będą: 1) nabycie maszyn i urządzeń, zidentyfikowanych w ramach potrzeb inwestycyjnych Wnioskodawcy, niezbędnych do wdrożenia wyników prac B+R; 2) kalibracja i ustawienie nowego sprzętu oraz wprowadzenie go do procesu produkcyjnego w zakładzie Wnioskodawcy; 3) próbna produkcja oraz testy jakościowe otrzymanych produktów (ewentualne poprawki w ustawieniach maszyn lub procesu w razie wykrycia rozbieżności pomiędzy otrzymanymi produktami a zakładanymi rezultatami); 4) rozpoczęcie docelowej produkcji. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany w zakładzie produkcyjnym przy ul. Górnej 11 w Nowogardzie. (Polish)
