Increasing the professional attractiveness of 21 students (1K/20M) of the Car School Complex in Olsztyn by obtaining welding qualifications, improving skills in the field of self-presentation, and after gaining their use in real working conditions through the implementation of student internships at employers and improving the quality of education of pupils through cooperation between the school and employers in the organisation of student internships in the period IX.2021-VIII.2022. The project objective results from the problems diagnosed in the WiM 2014-2020 RPO and from the diagnosis carried out by the school. The implementation of the project and the achievement of the objective will directly translate into the achievement of the specific objective of the ROP WiM and the achievement of the output indicator for Measure 2.4, Measure 2.4.1 The implementation of the measures is a response to the diagnosed needs of local entrepreneurs who participated in the construction of the project’s objectives (conclusions: lack of appropriate qualifications of trainees) and increase the employability of project participants. Tasks 1 Student diagnosis in terms of completion of qualifications 2 Implementation of trainings in the field of self-presentation 3 Implementation of supplementary vocational courses in the TIG-141 FM5 method and orbital welding TIG 4 Implementation and organisation of student internships GRUPA DOCELOWA ZSS Students in Olsztyn KWALIFIKATIONS Participants of training after successful completion of the final exam will acquire welding qualifications COMPETENTIONS Participants of self-presentation training will acquire the competences of the PROJECT EFECTION — Number of persons participating in non-school forms of education in the programme — Number of pupils in schools and vocational training institutions participating in internships at employers — Number of pupils participating in the completion of the qualification through participation in the TIG-141 FM5 welding course and TIG orbital welding The project is not implemented in partnership. CEL GŁÓWNY PROJEKTU Zwiększenie atrakcyjności zawodowej u 21 uczniów (1K/20M) Zespołu Szkół Samochodowych w Olsztynie poprzez uzyskanie kwalifikacji spawalniczych, podniesienie umiejętności w zakresie autoprezentacji, a po ich zdobyciu wykorzystanie w rzeczywistych warunkach pracy poprzez realizację staży uczniowskich u pracodawców oraz poprawa jakości kształcenia uczniów poprzez współpracę szkoły z pracodawcami w zakresie organizacji staży uczniowskich w okresie IX.2021-VIII.2022 r. Cel proj. wynika ze zdiagnozowanych problemów w RPO WiM 2014-2020 oraz z przeprowadzonej przez szkołę diagnozy. Realizacja projektu i osiągnięcie celu przełoży się bezpośrednio na realizację wskazanego celu szczegółowego RPO WiM i osiągnięcie wskaźnika produktu dla Działania 2.4, Podziałania 2.4.1 Realizacja działań jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane potrzeby lokalnych przedsiębiorców którzy uczestniczyli w konstruowaniu założeń projektu (wnioski: brak odpowiednich kwalifikacji stażystów) i zwiększy szanse uczestników projektu na zatrudnienie. ZADANIA 1 Diagnoza ucznia pod kątem uzupełnienia kwalifikacji 2 Realizacja szkoleń z zakresu autoprezentacji 3 Realizacja uzupełniających kursów zawodowych w metodzie TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG 4 Realizacja i organizacja staży uczniowskich GRUPA DOCELOWA Uczniowie ZSS w Olsztynie KWALIFIKACJE Uczestnicy szkoleń po pozytywnym zdaniu egzaminu końcowego nabędą kwalifikacje spawalnicze KOMPETENCJE Uczestnicy szkoleń autoprezentacji nabędą kompetencje EFEKTY PROJEKTU - Liczba osób uczestniczących w pozaszkolnych formach kształcenia w programie - Liczba uczniów szkół i placówek kształcenia zawodowego uczestniczących w stażach u pracodawców - Liczba uczniów uczestniczących w uzupełnieniu kwalifikacji poprzez udział w kursie spawania TIG-141 FM5 oraz spawania orbitalnego TIG Projekt nie jest realizowany w partnerstwie.
