The project consists of the revitalisation of railway lines no. 317 and 336 on the section Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk-Świeradów Stage II-Mirsk-Świeradów Zdrój. The project will be implemented in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in the Lwówecki and Lubański districts. This revitalisation was submitted for co-financing by the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, represented by the Lower Silesian Road and Rail Service in Wrocław, which is a regional organisational unit, which remains the entity competent for the implementation of investments in the field of transport and roads. The aim of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the Lower Silesia region and its peripheral areas by revitalising the railway line 336 on the Mirsk — Świeradów Zdrój section, which will be merged with section 317 of Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk, and consequently the integration of these cities into the railway network of Lower Silesia. The target group remains residents of the Lower Silesian Voivodeship, mainly Mirska and Świerradowa Zdrój (especially children, young people, people working outside the designated cities), local authorities and the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The project will modernise the 336 railway line on the Mirsk-Świeradów Zdrój section from km -0.182 to 7.360 km.The project provides for modernisation works involving, among others, the design and execution of works consisting of measuring robots, felling of trees and shrubs, dismantling of the track, removal of the crust, cutting down of the track bench, renovation of the drainage system, laying of the track on concrete sleepers, modernisation of engineering facilities, passenger stops, level crossings, lighting, design and construction of automatic traffic signalling devices and the participation of the railway supervision inspector, who will supervise the progress of works in order to settle them, monitor. Przedsięwzięcie polega na rewitalizacji linii kolejowej nr 317 i 336 na odcinku Gryfów Śląski–Mirsk–Świeradów Etap II-Mirsk–Świeradów Zdrój. Projekt realizowany będzie w województwie dolnośląskim, w powiecie lwóweckim oraz lubańskim. Przedmiotowa rewitalizacja zgłoszona została do dofinansowania przez Województwo Dolnośląskie, reprezentowane przez Dolnośląską Służbę Dróg i Kolei we Wrocławiu, będącą wojewódzką jednostką organizacyjną, która pozostaje podmiotem właściwym dla realizacji inwestycji w zakresie transportu i dróg. Celem projektu jest poprawa dostępności transportowej regionu Województwa Dolnośląskiego i jego obszarów peryferyjnych poprzez rewitalizację linii kolejowej 336 na odcinku Mirsk – Świeradów Zdrój, która zostanie połączona z odcinkiem linii kolejowej nr 317 Gryfów Śląski-Mirsk, a w konsekwencji włączenie tych miast do kolejowej sieci Dolnego Śląska. Grupą docelową pozostają mieszkańcy województwa dolnośląskiego, w tym przede wszystkim obszaru Mirska oraz Świeradowa Zdroju (szczególnie dzieci, młodzież, osoby pracujące poza granicami wskazanych miast),władze samorządowe oraz Województwo Dolnośląskie. W ramach projektu zmodernizowana zostanie linia kolejowa 336 na odcinku Mirsk –Świeradów Zdrój od km -0,182 do km 7,360.Przedmiotowy projekt przewiduje przeprowadzenie prac modernizacyjnych obejmujących m.in. zaprojektowanie i wykonanie robót polegających na robotach pomiarowych, wycince drzew i krzewów, rozebranie toru, usunięcie podsypki tłuczniowej, ścięcie ławy torowiska, renowacja systemu odwodnienia, układanie toru na podkładach betonowych, modernizację obiektów inżynieryjnych, przystanków osobowych, przejazdów kolejowych,oświetlenie, zaprojektowanie i zabudowę urządzeń samoczynnej sygnalizacji przejazdowej oraz udział inspektora nadzoru kolejowego,który będzie sprawował nadzór nad postępem robót w celu ich rozliczania, monitorował.
