The construction of the bypass will be carried out in a new footprint. It starts in km 5+ 900.00 (before the intersection with ul. Battalions of Chłopskie) and proceeds further in the north-west direction to the junction with ul. Jan Kiliński in km 8+ 710,00. The planned section runs through a flat area with numerous corrugations, watercourses, drainage ditches and yards. The bypass route runs through agricultural fields and crosses existing local and municipal roads, provides for intersections with existing roads: street of the Chłopskie Battalions (DW384)km 6+ 123.78 railway line No. 341 between Dzierżoniów-Bielawa km 6+ 169.60 Brick Street km 7+ 182.34 street Parkowa km 8+ 220.00. In addition, in km 7+ 724.58, the designed road crosses the Brzęczek stream. At the intersection with the stream, a bridge object M-2 (km 7+ 724.58) is designed. In km 6+ 123.78, a roundabout is designed on the existing provincial road No. 384 (ul. After the roundabout in km 6+ 169.60, the designed bypass crosses the railway line no. 341 between Dzierżoniów Śląski and Bielawa Zachodnia. In km 7+ 182.34, the designed section of the ring road crosses with ul. It’s brick. The intersection of the roads is foreseen, as a single-level intersection with left turns from the main roadway. Budowa obwodnicy realizowana będzie w nowym śladzie. Rozpoczyna się w km 5+900,00 (przed skrzyżowaniem z ul. Batalionów Chłopskich) i przebiega dalej w kierunku północno-zachodnim do skrzyżowania z ul. Jana Kilińskiego w km 8+710,00. Projektowany odcinek przebiega przez teren płaski z licznymi pofałdowaniami, ciekami, rowami melioracyjnymi oraz jarami. Trasa obwodnicy przebiega przez pola uprawne oraz przecina istniejące drogi lokalne i gminne, przewiduje skrzyżowania z istniejącymi drogami: ulica Batalionów Chłopskich (DW384)km 6+123,78 linia kolejowa nr 341 relacji Dzierżoniów-Bielawa km 6+169,60 ulica Ceglana km 7+182,34 ulica Parkowa km 8+220,00. Ponadto w km 7+724,58 projektowana droga przecina potok Brzęczek. W miejscu przecięcia z potokiem projektuje się obiekt mostowy M-2 (km 7+724.58). W km 6+123,78 projektuje się rondo na istniejącej drodze wojewódzkiej nr 384 (ul. Batalionów Chłopskich), za rondem w km 6+169,60 projektowana obwodnica przecina linię kolejową nr 341 relacji Dzierżoniów Śląski — Bielawa Zachodnia. W km 7+182,34 projektowany odcinek obwodnicy krzyżuje się z ul. Ceglaną. Przecięcie dróg przewiduje się, jako skrzyżowanie jednopoziomowe z wydzielonymi lewoskrętami z jezdni głównej. W km 8+820,00 projektowana obwodnica przecina ul. Parkową. Przecięcie dróg przewiduje się, jako skrzyżowanie jednopoziomowe z wydzielonymi lewoskrętami z jezdni głównej.
