Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie Osiedla Sikorskiego w Skarszewach. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniona czterorurowa kanałowa sieć na nowoczesną, dwururową sieć cieplną wykonaną z rur preizolowanych. Inwestycja ma na celu podniesienie efektywności systemu cieplnego, ograniczenie strat na przesyle oraz redukcję szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. Projekt jest przygotowany pod względem formalno-prawnym do realizacji, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną oraz wymagane zaświadczenia i decyzje warunkujące rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu. Inwestycja odpowiada na potrzeby interesariuszy projektu oraz jest zgodna z sektorowymi gminnymi dokumentami strategicznymi: Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej oraz Projektem założeń do planu zaopatrzenia w ciepło, energię elektryczną i paliwa gazowe Gminy Skarszewy na lata 2015 ÷ 2030. The subject of the project is the modernisation of the heating network in the Sikorski estate in Skarszewy. The project will replace a four-tube channel network for a modern, two-tube thermal network made of pre-insulated pipes. The purpose of the investment is to improve the efficiency of the thermal system, reduce losses on transport and reduce harmful substances to the atmosphere. The project is formally and legally prepared for implementation, it has the necessary technical documentation and the required certificates and decisions for the start of the project. The investment meets the needs of the project stakeholders and complies with the sectoral municipal strategic documents: The Low-Emission Management Plan and the Project of assumptions for the plan of the supply of heat, electricity and gaseous fuels of the Municipality of Skarszewy for the years 2015 ÷ 2030. L’objet du projet est la modernisation du réseau de chauffage dans le domaine de Sikorski à Skarszewy. Le projet remplacera un réseau à quatre conduits pour un réseau de chaleur à double tuyau moderne composé de tuyaux pré-isolés. L’investissement vise à accroître l’efficacité du système thermique, à réduire les pertes de transmission et à réduire les substances nocives dans l’atmosphère. Le projet est officiellement et légalement préparé pour sa mise en œuvre, dispose de la documentation technique nécessaire et des certificats et décisions requis pour lancer le projet. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Modernisierung des Heiznetzes im Sikorski Estate in Skarszewy. Das Projekt wird ein Vierrohrkanalnetz für ein modernes Doppelrohr-Wärmenetz aus vorisolierten Rohren ersetzen. Die Investition zielt darauf ab, die Effizienz des Wärmesystems zu steigern, Verluste bei der Übertragung zu verringern und Schadstoffe in die Atmosphäre zu reduzieren. Das Projekt ist formell und rechtlich auf die Durchführung vorbereitet, verfügt über die notwendige technische Dokumentation und die erforderlichen Zertifikate und Entscheidungen, um das Projekt zu starten. Het doel van het project is de modernisering van het verwarmingsnet in het Sikorski Estate in Skarszewy. Het project zal een vierpijpskanaalnetwerk vervangen voor een modern, dubbelpijps warmtenetwerk van voorgeïsoleerde buizen. De investering is gericht op het verhogen van de efficiëntie van het warmtesysteem, het verminderen van het verlies aan transmissie en het verminderen van schadelijke stoffen in de atmosfeer. Het project is formeel en wettelijk voorbereid op de uitvoering, beschikt over de nodige technische documentatie en de vereiste certificaten en besluiten om het project te starten. L'obiettivo del progetto è l'ammodernamento della rete di riscaldamento della tenuta Sikorski a Skarszewy. Il progetto sostituirà una rete di condotte a quattro tubi per una moderna rete termica a doppio tubo realizzata con tubi preisolati. L'investimento mira ad aumentare l'efficienza del sistema termico, a ridurre le perdite di trasmissione e a ridurre le sostanze nocive nell'atmosfera. Il progetto è formalmente e giuridicamente preparato per l'attuazione, ha la documentazione tecnica necessaria e i certificati e le decisioni necessarie per avviare il progetto. El proyecto reemplazará una red de conductos de cuatro tubos por una moderna red de calor de doble tubo hecha de tuberías preaisladas.
