The project is implemented in the Świiebodzin poviat.It assumes support for people in the PUP in Świebodzin as unemployed. Support is addressed to people 30 years and over who are in a special situation on the labour market, i.e.: older people aged 50 and over, women, minors, long-term unemployed, low-skilled people.The project assumes the implementation of traineeships, trainings and awarding one Wednesday to take up the department.gosp.Forms of support in the project will increase the chances of unemployed people in the PLO for employment.All recruited persons will be included through work within the framework, the project will identify the needs of project participants by applying IPD to all project participants.The project complies with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law and other relevant national legislation, the rules on public aid. the principle of equal opportunities for women and men (in accordance with stand. minimum), other Community policies and principles (including: the Policy of Equal Opportunities and the Concept of Sustainable Development), the principles of the Detailed Description of the Priority Axis of the RPO-Lubuskie 2020.     Projekt jest realizowany na terenie powiatu świebodzińskiego.Zakłada on objęcie wsparciem osób zarej.w PUP w Świebodzinie jako bezrobotne. Wsparcie skierowane jest do osób 30 lat i więcej, znajdujących się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy,tj.: osób starszych w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiet, osób z niepeł., osób długotrwale bezrobotnych, osób o niskich kwalifikacjach.Projekt zakłada realizację staży, szkoleń i przyznanie jedn. środ.na podjęcie dział.gosp.Formy wsparcia zał. w projekcie zwiększą szansę osób bezrob. zarej. w PUP na zatrudnienie.Wszystkie osoby zrekrutowane zostaną objęte pośrednictwem pracy w ramach, którego zidentyfikowane zostaną potrzeby uczestników projektu poprzez zastosowanie IPD w stosunku do wszystkich uczestników projektu.Projekt zgodny jest z:przepisami ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych i innym właściwym prawodawstwem krajowym, zasadami pomocy publ. zasada równości szans kobiet i mężczyzn(zgodnie ze stand.minimum),pozostałymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi(w tym: polityką równych szans i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju),zasadami Szczegółowego Opisu Osi Priorytetowych RPO-Lubuskie 2020.
