The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the building.urzet. publ. Sp in Wilków-Osiedlu, ul. Kochanowski 2,dz.nr37/9 r. 0016 Wilków Osiedle with the installation of RES. The building is currently low in energy efficiency. Insufficient thermal insulation of walls and ceilings, inefficient 25-year-old gas boiler, poor condition of window joinery and very worn with low efficiency and insufficient light intensity cause the building does not meet the requirements of energy demand. The low energy efficiency of the building results in high CO2 emissions, high maintenance costs and a number of problems for its direct users — students, teachers and employees. In order to meet the needs of residents, the investor commissioned an energy audit to determine the possibilities and ways to reduce heat losses and reduce the heating costs of the facility and to choose the optimal thermomodernisation option. On the basis of the audit, dokum.tech. will be developed in the scope of: replacement of window joinery, insulation of the building with roof covering, heat source exchange, replacement of lighting with energy-saving LED type and RES installations. A number of activities planned in the project are aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of the building and improving the educational conditions among students. The investment includes elements of adapting the facility to people with disabilities.Comprehensive thermomodernisation will allow achieving the objective assigned to measure 3.3 of the ROP WD for 2014-2020 — increasing the energy efficiency of the public utility building.The project responds to the actual needs of beneficiaries of both students, employees and the local community in terms of improving the state of the environment. It has concrete, measurable goals and a clear path to achieve them. The applicant, taking into account the human resources, organisation and financial resources, will be able to meet the requirements related to the implementation of the project.100 % of the building area, 100 % of the time is used for school purposes. Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja bud.użyt. publ. SP w Wilkowie-Osiedlu,ul. Kochanowskiego 2,dz.nr37/9 obr. 0016 Wilków Osiedle wraz z instalacją OZE. Obecnie budynek wykazuje niską efektywność energetyczną. Niewystarczająca izolacja cieplna ścian i stropów, niewydolny 25-letni kocioł gazowy, zły stan stolarki okiennej oraz bardzo zużyte o niskiej sprawności i niedostatecznym natężeniu światła oświetlenie powodują, że budynek nie spełnia wymogów zapotrzebowania na energię. Niska efektywność energetyczna budynku powoduje wysoką emisję CO2, wysokie koszty utrzymania i szereg problemów dla jej bezpośrednich użytkowników- uczniów, nauczycieli i pracowników. Wychodząc na przeciw potrzebom mieszkańców inwestor zlecił wykonanie audytu energetycznego, w celu określenia możliwości i sposobów zmniejszenia strat ciepła i obniżenia kosztów ogrzewania obiektu oraz wybór optymalnego wariantu termomodernizacji. Na podstawie audytu opracowana zostanie dokum.tech. w zakresie: wymiany stolarki okiennej, ocieplenia budynku wraz pokryciem dachowym, wymiany źródła ciepła, wymiany oświetlenia na energooszczędne typu LED oraz instalacji OZE. Zaplanowany w projekcie szereg działań ma na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku oraz poprawę warunków edukacyjnych wśród uczniów. Inwestycja zawiera elementy dostosowania obiektu do osób niepełnosprawnych.Kompleksowa termomodernizacja pozwoli na osiągnięcie celu przypisanego do działania 3.3 RPO WD na lata 2014-2020 - zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynku użyteczności publicznej.Projekt odpowiada na faktyczne potrzeby beneficjentów zarówno uczniów, pracowników, jak i społeczności lokalnej w zakresie poprawy stanu środowiska. Posiada skonkretyzowane, mierzalne cele i jasną ścieżkę dla ich osiągnięcia. Wnioskodawca,biorąc pod uwagę zasoby kadrowe,organizacyjne i finansowe będzie w stanie sprostać wymaganiom związanym z realizacją projektu.100% powierzchni budynku, przez 100% czasu jest wykorzystywana na cele szkolne.
