The applicant for the project is the District of Wrocław. The project will be implemented by the substantive departments of the District Office in Wrocław, including with the participation of the District Catastrial Plant in Wrocław (PZK), which will directly participate in the implementation and management of databases created as part of the project. As part of the project, it is planned to create a set of databases BDOT500 (Topographic Objects Database), GESUT (Geodezive Field Armament Network) and supplement the EGiB database (Evidence Registers of Land and Buildings), replenish the PZGiK system with newly created and supplemented data sets, and then launch and provide 5 e-services at the “5” level of maturity. Creation of database data sets by digitising the master map (transformation from raster to vector form) and EGIB database uzup. 7 communes of the county (out of 9 forming the District)-Czernica, Kobierzyc, Długołęki, Kątów Wrocławskie, Siechnic, Sobótki and Żórawiny. These municipalities belong to ZIT WrOF. The project will allow to improve the quality of provided e-services in the field of access to spatial information, improve the availability to data collected in PZGiK databases of the Wrocław District, eliminate the need for a personal appearance of the interested party in the office, and to shorten the time and automate the process of sharing PZGiK materials outside office hours. The project includes the following tasks: 1) Creating database sets BDOT500, GESUT and supplementing the EGiB database 2) Verification of databases 3) Modernisation and provision of e-services 4) User training 5) Promotional activities 6) Project documentation. As part of the project, proceedings will be conducted on the order of publ. on the basis of the PZP Act. The applicant has sufficient resources of tech.,org. and finan. to implement the project. The effects of the project will be used by residents of the county and communes, gosp. investors and petitioners who have the need to deal with matters related to spatial information. (English)

    Wnioskodawca projektu jest Powiat Wrocławski. Projekt będzie realizowany przez merytoryczne wydziały Starostwa Powiatowego we Wrocławiu, w tym przy udziale Powiatowego Zakładu Katastralnego we Wrocławiu (PZK), który będzie bezpośrednio uczestniczył przy wdrażaniu i zarządzaniu bazami danych utworzonymi w ramach projektu. W ramach projektu planowane jest utworzenie zbioru danych baz BDOT500 (Baza Danych Obiektów Topograficznych), GESUT (Geodezyjnej Sieci Uzbrojenia Terenu) oraz uzupełnienie bazy EGiB (Ewidencji Gruntów i Budynków), zasilenie systemu PZGiK nowopowstałymi i uzupełnionymi zbiorami danych, a następnie uruchomienie i świadczenie 5 e-usług na "5" poziomie dojrzałości. Utworzenie zbiorów danych baz poprzez digitalizację mapy zasadniczej (przetworzenie z postaci rastrowej na postać wektorową) oraz uzup. bazy EGIB dot. 7 gmin powiatu (spośród 9 tworzących Powiat)-Czernicy, Kobierzyc, Długołęki, Kątów Wrocławskich, Siechnic, Sobótki i Żórawiny. Gminy powyższe należą do ZIT WrOF. Projekt pozwoli na podniesienie jakości świadczonych e-usług w Powiecie w zakresie dostępu do informacji przestrzennej, usprawnienie dostępności do danych gromadzonych w bazach PZGiK Powiatu Wrocławskiego, wyeliminowanie konieczności osobistego stawiennictwa interesanta w urzędzie oraz na skrócenie czasu i zautomatyzowanie procesu udostępniania materiałów PZGiK poza godzinami pracy urzędu. Projekt obejmuje następujące zadania: 1) Utworzenie zbiorów danych baz BDOT500, GESUT oraz uzupełnienie bazy EGiB 2) Weryfikację baz danych 3) Modernizację i udostępnienie e-usług 4) Szkolenia użytkowników 5) Działania promocyjne 6) Dokumentację projektową. W ramach projektu przeprowadzone będą postępowania o zam. publ. na podstawie ustawy PZP. Wnioskodawca posiada dostateczne zasoby tech.,org. oraz finan., aby zrealizować projekt. Z efektów projektu będą korzystać mieszkańcy powiatu i gmin, podmioty gosp. inwestorzy oraz petenci mający potrzebę załatwiania spraw adm. w zakresie inf. przestrzennej. (Polish)
