The subject of the project is the thermomodernisation of the reconstructed TSO building in Kończyce Małe covering the ceiling under the unheated attic, the replacement of the installation. c.o. with the replacement of the heat source, replacement of windows and entrance doors, insulation of external walls, pedestal wall and basement at the ground, construction of photovoltaic installation up to 10 kW. Construction and installation works, information and promotion activities are foreseen. The scope of the project-reconstruction of the building is indicated in the annex. 2. Objectives of the project: decarbonisation by increasing energy efficiency, reducing the energy intensity of the public sector, reducing primary and final energy needs, improving the quality of life and public space. Effects: reducing heating costs, increasing the comfort of heating, protecting the environment, improving the aesthetics of the building. Project completion date: 30.12.2022r. Total cost of the project: 2487533,79 PLN, eligible costs: 1152427,55 PLN, ERDF co-financing: 979563,41zł. (English) | |||

Przedmiotem projektu jest termomodernizacja przebudowywanego budynku OSP w Kończycach Małych obejmująca dociepl. stropu pod nieogrzewanym poddaszem, wymianę instal. c.o. z wymianą źródła ciepła, wymianę okien i drzwi wejściowych, ociepl. ścian zewnętrznych, ściany cokołowej i piwnicy przy gruncie, wykonanie instal. fotowoltaicznej do 10kW. Przewiduje się roboty budowlano-instalacyjne, działania informacyjno-promocyjne. Zakres projektu-przebudowy. budynku zaznaczono w zał. 2. Cele projektu: zmniejszenie emisyjności dzięki zwiększeniu efektywności energetycznej, zmniejszenie energochłonności sektora publicznego, zmniejszenie zapotrzeb. na energię pierwotną i finalną, poprawa jakości życia i przestrzeni publicznej. Efekty: obniżenie kosztów ogrzewania, podniesienie komfortu ogrzewania, ochrona środowiska, poprawa estetyki budynku. Termin zakończenia projektu: 30.12.2022r.
