The subject of the project is the implementation of a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of two buildings of the Health Centre in Janów. As part of the project, the old coal boiler will be replaced for a modern biomass heating boiler — pellets with weather controller, CO installation will be replaced, mechanical ventilation will be installed. As part of the works related to thermomodernisation, external windows and doors will be replaced, walls and ceilings will be insulated. The project also includes the replacement of luminaires for energy-efficient Pracom will be accompanied by investor supervision. The investment planned for implementation is aimed at increasing energy efficiency in public sector infrastructure by replacing a heat source using heating fuel with increased ecological efficiency — biomass. Przedmiotem projektu jest wykonanie kompleksowej termomodernizacji dwóch budynków Ośrodka Zdrowia w Janowie. W ramach projektu stary kocioł węglowy zostanie wymieniony na nowoczesny kocioł grzewczy do spalania biomasy - pelet z regulatorem pogodowym, wymieniona zostanie instalacja CO, zamontowana zostanie wentylacja mechaniczna. W ramach prac związanych z termomodernizacją wymienione zostaną okna i drzwi zewnętrzne, docieplone zostaną ściany oraz strop. Projekt obejmuje także wymianę opraw oświetleniowych na energooszczędne Pracom towarzyszyć będzie nadzór inwestorski. Zaplanowana do realizacji inwestycja ma na celu zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej w infrastrukturze sektora publicznego poprzez wymianę źródła ciepła wykorzystującego paliwo grzewcze o zwiększonej sprawności ekologicznej -biomasa. Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 30.11.2021r. do 31.08.2022 r. (Polish)
