The project consists of a comprehensive thermo-modernisation of the public utility building located in Lipie at ul. Herbal 10. As part of the project, construction works will be carried out on, among others, insulation of partitions, replacement of window and door joinery, modernisation of the heating system, replacement of internal lighting with energy-saving energy, installation of RES installations (photovoltaic installation and heat pump), as well as construction and renovation works (ineligible cost). The main objective of the project is to: improving energy efficiency in the public sector in the Lipa Municipality as a result of thermal modernisation of the building of the sewage treatment plant and installation of a photovoltaic installation, and consequently reducing emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere and air pollution. Projekt polega na kompleksowej termomodernizacji budynku użyteczności publicznej zlokalizowanego w Lipiu przy ul. Ziołowej 10. W ramach przedsięwzięcia zostaną wykonane roboty budowlane dotyczące m.in. ocieplenia przegród, wymiany stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, modernizacji instalacji grzewczej, wymiany oświetlenia wewnętrznego na energooszczędne, montaż instalacji OZE (instalacja fotowoltaiczna oraz pompa ciepła), a także prace budowlano-remontowe (koszt niekwalifikowany). Celem głównym projektu jest: poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze publicznym w Gminie Lipie w wyniku termomodernizacji budynku oczyszczalni ścieków i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznej, a w konsekwencji zmniejszenie emisji zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zanieczyszczenia powietrza.
