The project concerns a deep and comprehensive energy modernisation of the administrative building together with an adjacent sports hall at ul. Scout 1 in Chełmno. The buildings form a single complex, which will act as a centre of social services. The centre will include:- District Family Assistance Center in Chełmno,- Administration of Care and Educational Facilities in Chełmno and Unisław,- sports hall, District Family Assistance Center in Chełmno carries out its own tasks in the field of social assistance. He coordinates and supervises the functioning of care and education facilities, social assistance homes, foster families, the Poviat Welfare Team. Adjudicating on Disability, Crisis Intervention Centre. The administration of educational institutions is responsible for the management of three outlets, two located in Chełmno and one in Unisław. Facilities provide care for children who have been deprived of parental care for various reasons. The sports hall is lent free of charge on the basis of the contract dated 27 November 2018 to the “People Student Sports Club in Chełmno” for statutory activity. The Club is run by the Association of Physical Culture, conducting activities entered in the National Court Register under number 0000185826. The Association does not conduct business. The aim of the activity is to develop, promote the organisation of the physical culture of sport among young people, with particular emphasis on table tennis. The building covered by the project is currently the seat of the Chełmiński District. After the completion of the construction of the new headquarters of the Chełmiński District, the District Office will be moved to a new location and a social services centre will be organised in the existing building. Projekt dotyczy głębokiej i kompleksowej modernizacji energetycznej budynku administracyjnego wraz z przyległą salą sportową przy ul. Harcerska 1 w Chełmnie. Budynki tworzą jeden kompleks, który będzie pełnił funkcję centrum usług społecznych. W skład centrum wejdą:- Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Chełmnie,- Administracja Placówek Opiekuńczo Wychowawczy w Chełmnie i Unisławiu,- salę sportową,Powiatowe Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie w Chełmnie realizuje zadania własne powiatu z zakresu pomocy społecznej. Koordynuje i nadzoruje funkcjonowanie placówek opiekuńczo-wychowawczych, domów pomocy społecznej, rodzin zastępczych, Powiatowego Zespołu ds. Orzekania o Niepełnosprawności, Ośrodka Interwencji Kryzysowej. Administracja Placówek Opiekuńczo Wychowawczy odpowiada za zarządzanie trzema placówkami, dwiema zlokalizowanymi w Chełmnie i jednej w Unisławiu. Placówki zapewniają opiekę nad dziećmi, które z różnych przyczyn zostały pozbawione opieki rodzicielskiej. Sala sportowa jest nieodpłatnie użyczona na podstawie umowy z dna 27 listopada 2018 r. „Ludowemu Uczniowskiemu Klubowi Sportowemu w Chełmnie” na działalność statutową. Klub prowadzony jest przez Stowarzyszenie Kultury Fizycznej, prowadzące działalność wpisaną do Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod nr 0000185826. Stowarzyszenie nie prowadzi działalności gospodarczej. Celem prowadzonej działalności jest rozwój, propagowanie organizacja kultury fizycznej sportu wśród młodzieży, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem tenisa stołowego. Budynek objęty projektem obecnie stanowi siedzibę Powiatu Chełmińskiego. Po zakończeniu budowy nowej siedziby Powiatu Chełmińskiego, Starostwo Powiatowe zostanie przeniesione do nowej lokalizacji a w istniejącym budynku zorganizowane zostanie centrum usług społecznych.
