The project program offers support for 100BO(56K,44M), unemployed (not registered in the PUP), aged 18-64, characterised by at least one of the characteristics of personzagr.poverty or exclude from the project area in the period from 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2023 by: — identification of the needs of people who are unemployed, at risk of poverty or social exclusion, — career counselling, — diagnosis of school needs., — psychological support, -training leading to raising, supplementing or changing the qualifiers. profession., — social activation — training of social competences and skills — vocational traineeships — environmental activities. The main objective is to support the target group: social activation of 100 people without work (not registered in the PUP), aged 18-64, characterised by at least one of the characteristics of a person at risk of poverty or excluded from the area of implementation of the project, in the period from 01.06.2021 to 31.05.2023 contributing to an increase in their chances on the labour market. Thanks to the implementation of the UP project, the acquisition of qualifications/competences/skills, which will increase the chances of gaining employment at the end of the project. Each participant after qualifying for the project will receive an individual, comprehensive assistance in identifying needs and diagnosing opportunities in the field of professional development. Clarifying the needs in the context of your professional qualifications. For each UP, the IME will be drawn up, which sets the directionnecessary action to take the correct use of forms of support. In order to activate the target group, motivation will be made by shaping self-esteem, equipping with qualifications and skills by participating in trainings and internships and establishing contacts with employers. The project will bring long-term results in the form of improving the quality of human resources on the labour market and improving the life situation of 100UP. The project is implemented in the territory of Wielkopolska Voivodeship. (English) | |||

Program projekt oferuje wsparcie dla 100BO(56K,44M), bez pracy (niezarejestrowanych w PUP), w wieku18-64 lat, charakteryz.się co najmniej jedną z cech osobyzagr.ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ.z obszaru realizacji proj. w okresie od01.06.2021 do 31.05.2023 poprzez : - identyfikację potrzeb osób pozostających bezzatrudnienia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, - doradztwo zawodowe, - zdiagnozowanie potrzeb szkol., - wsparcie psychologiczne, -szkolenia prowadzące do podniesienia, uzupełnienia lub zmiany kwalif. zawod., - aktywizację społeczną – trening kompetencji i umiejętności społecznych -staże zawodowe - działania o charakterze środowiskowym. Cel główny skupia się na wspieraniu gr.docelowej: aktywizacja społ.-zawodowa 100osób bezpracy (niezarejestrowanych w PUP), w wieku18- 64 lat, charakteryz.się co najmniej jedną z cech osoby zagrożonej ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ.z obszarurealizacji proj.,w okresie od01.06.2021 do 31.05.2023 przyczyniająca się do wzrostu ich szans na rynku pracy. Dzięki realizacji projektu UP nabędąkwalifikacje/kompetencje/umiejętności, które zwiększą szanse na zdobycie zatrudnienia po zakończeniu projektu. Każdy uczestnik po zakwalif. się do proj.otrzyma indywid., kompleksową pomoc w zakresie identyfikacji potrzeb oraz zdiagnozowania możliwości w zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego. Nastąpisprecyzowanie potrzeb w kontekście posiadanych kwalifikacji zawodowych. Dla każdego UP zostanie sporządzony IŚR, który wyznacza kierunekkoniecznych działań do podjęcia prawidłowego korzystania z form wsparcia. W celu zaktywizowania grupy docelowej nastąpi motywowanie poprzezkształtowanie przekonania o własnej wartości, wyposażenie w kwalifikacje i umiejętności poprzez udział w szkoleniach i stażach oraz nawiązywaniekontaktów z pracodawcami. Projekt przyniesie długoterminowe efekty w postaci polepszenia jakości zasobów ludzkich na rynku pracy oraz polepszeniasytuacji życiowej 100UP. Projekt jest realizowany na terytorium województwa wielkopolskiego. (Polish)
