Purpose: Increasing socio-educational and occupational activity of 110(77K33M) persons aged 18 to 64, at risk of poverty or social exclusion from rural functional areas of counties: Ostrava, Konin and Turkish Wielkopolska Voivodeship — including min. 20(14K6M) of persons with disabilities between 01.09.2022r. and 31.08.2023rI. Target group: 110(77K33M) persons and/or families at risk of poverty or social exclusion in accordance with the definitions and inclusions in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects in the field of social inclusion and poverty eradication using ESF and ERDF funds for the period 2014-2020 from rural functional areas requiring support for the development processes of the Wielkopolska Voivodeship from the counties of Ostrszów, Konin and Turkish III. Tasks — support will be carried out as part of 10 tasks related to:-IŚR and signing contracts on the model of a social contract-workshops of social competence-social work-family assistant-support of individual psychological-individual legal counseling-workshops for the development of professional competences — group vocational guidance-intermediation-professional training IV. Results: Indicators will be achieved: 1. Social performance index for persons with disabilities — a minimum of 34 %2. Employment performance ratio for persons with disabilities — minimum 12 %3. Social performance index for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion — a minimum of 34 %4. Employment efficiency rate for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion — minimum 25 %V.From the diagnosis of the problem situation, 100 % of GD will need socio-occupational support.Preferential admission conditions for the above mentioned paragraph 7.1.7 reg. competition (RK) (English) | |||

Cel: Zwiększenie aktywności społeczno - edukacyjno-zawodowej 110(77K33M) osób w wieku od 18 do 64 roku życia, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z z wiejskich obszarów funkcjonalnych powiatów: ostrzeszowskiego, konińskiego i tureckiego województwa wielkopolskiego -w tym min. 20(14K6M) osób z niepełnosprawnościami w terminie od 01.09.2022r. do 31.08.2023rI. Grupa docelowa: 110(77K33M) osób i/lub rodzin zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zgodnie z definicjami i włączeniami zawartymi w Wytycznych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć w obszarze włączenia społecznego i zwalczania ubóstwa z wykorzystaniem środków EFS i EFRR na lata2014-2020 z wiejskich obszarach funkcjonalnych wymagających wsparcia procesów rozwojowych województwa wielkopolskiego z powiatów ostrzeszowskiego, konińskiego i tureckiego III. Zadania - wsparcie realizowane będzie w ramach 10 zadań dotyczących:-IŚR i podpisania kontraktów na wzór kontraktu socjalnego-warsztatów kompetencji społecznych-pracy socjalnej- asystenta rodzinnego-wsparcia indywidualnego psychologicznego-indywidualnego poradnictwa prawnego-warsztatów rozwoju kompetencji zawodowych - grupowego poradnictwa zawodowego-pośrednictwa pracy- szkoleń zawodowych-staży zawodowychIV. Rezultaty: Osiągnięte zostaną wskaźniki:1. Wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami - minimum 34%2. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej w odniesieniu do osób z niepełnosprawnościami – minimum 12%3. Wskaźnik efektywności społecznej w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - minimum 34%4. Wskaźnik efektywności zatrudnieniowej w odniesieniu do pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym - minimum 25%V.Z przeprowadzonej diagnozy sytuacji problemowej wynika, że 100% GD będzie potrzebowało wsparcia społeczno-zawodowego.Preferencyjne warunki przyjęć dla os. wsk. ww pnk 7.1.7 reg.konkursu (RK) (Polish)
