The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in Konecki district. The main result of the project will be 170 people registered in the PUP in Końskie. As part of the project, for each participant will be presented a specific offer of professional activation, which will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions, i.e. training, intervention work, retrofitting or equipping a job for a targeted unemployed person, one-off funds for starting a business, traineeship, subsidisation of remuneration for the employment of a targeted unemployed person, job placement and/or career guidance. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez pracy w powiecie koneckim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie pracy przez 170 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP w Końskich. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników będzie przedstawiona konkretna oferta aktywizacji zawodowej którą poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy tj. szkolenia, prace interwencyjne, doposażenie lub wyposażenie stanowiska pracy dla skierowanego bezrobotnego, jednorazowe środki na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej, staż, dofinansowanie wynagrodzenia za zatrudnienie skierowanego bezrobotnego, pośrednictwo pracy i/lub poradnictwo zawodowe.
