The project “Schools in Jędrzejów vocational education” pursues the objective of increasing the quality and attractiveness of vocational training Technikum No. 1 in Fr. Stanislaw Konarski in Jędrzejów in the profession of Technik Economist and Hotelarz and Gen. Stefan Rowecki “Grota” in Jędrzejów in the profession Technik Geodeta, Informatics, Mechatronik in the context of the future employment of school students by:1. retrofitting of the studio with, among others, modern multimedia equipment, computer software for practical apprenticeships, 2. supplementing the professional skills of 12 teachers (6K,6M) in cooperation with local entrepreneurs, 3. increasing adaptability for future employment by 144 scholars. (78K and 66M) through traineeships, training and additional classes until the end of V 2023. The main indicators are: l.U., who acquired the Competence. Key or universal skills after leaving the program (70K and 59M) — l.N. training profession and practical instruction of apprenticeship who have obtained a qualification or acquired a competence after leaving the program (2K and 6M). L. schools and square. It’s a shape. It’s a wow. Using retrofitting purchased through the ESF — 2 1. Students will receive support: a) trainings improving their employability in line with the profession d) classes with key competences in mathematics and English c) vocational internships 2. Teachers will receive support in the form of: a) Training on improving their professional competence or b) Teaching Practices 3.
