The subject of the project is investment in intelligent construction machinery and ERP system for company management. The investment aims to increase the competitiveness and attractiveness of the company, as well as to overcome barriers that directly inhibit its development. Currently, the machine park is characterised by high failure rate and prevents work on more demanding terrain. It generates time and cost losses due to the need to transport it to the place of work. As part of the project, it will be possible to eliminate the problems diagnosed in the company and equip it with the most modern equipment. There will also be an increase in employment, which will improve the difficult economic situation caused by COVID-19. The main objective of the project will be to implement a new process of earthworks and sewage works using the latest generation of backhoe loader, introduced for sale on the EU market in May 2020. This will be a process innovation applied nationally for no more than 3 years. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Przedmiotem projektu jest inwestycja w inteligentne maszyny budowlane oraz system ERP do zarządzania firmą. Inwestycja ma na celu zwiększenie konkurencyjności i atrakcyjności przedsiębiorstwa,a także zniwelowanie barier,które w sposób bezpośredni hamują jego rozwój. Obecnie park maszynowy odznacza się dużą awaryjnością oraz uniemożliwia pracę na bardziej wymagającym terenie. Generuje straty czasowe oraz kosztowe ze względu na potrzebę przewożenia go na miejsce prac. W ramach projektu możliwym będzie wyeliminowanie zdiagnozowanych w firmie problemów oraz wyposażanie jej w najnowocześniejszy sprzęt. Nastąpi także wzrost zatrudnienia, co poprawi trudną sytuację gospodarczą spowodowaną COVID-19. Zasadniczym celem w projekcie będzie wdrożenie nowego procesu wykonywania robót ziemnych i wodnokanalizacyjnych z wykorzystaniem najnowszej generacji koparko-ładowarki, wprowadzonej do sprzedaży na rynek EU w maju 2020r. Będzie to innowacja procesowa stosowana w skali kraju nie dłużej niż 3 lata. (Polish)
