The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional activity and employability of unemployed people over 29 years registered in PUP in Przeworsk. The main result of the project will be the recruitment of 69 persons registered in the PUP. The project will support people over 29 years of age, i.e.: 1. Unemployed persons from groups: — people aged 50 and over — long-term unemployed — women — people with disabilities — low-skilled people. 2. Farmers and members of their families, who own agricultural property or members of their families who are subject to pension and disability insurance for running an agricultural gosp. The support addressed to these OBs is aimed at taking up employment outside agriculture and moving from the social security system of farmers based on KRUS to the general social security system based on ZUS 3. Unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the persons listed in point 1(c-e) (unemployment debt, OzN, os.o low kwal.) and point. 2. (farmers and their family members). As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Przeworsku. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 69 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby powyżej 29 roku życia tj.: 1. Osoby bezrobotne z grup: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - kobiety - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. 2. Rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin,- os. posiadające nieruchomość rolną lub członkowie ich rodzin podlegający ubezpieczeniom emerytalnym i rentowym z tytułu prowadzenia gosp.rolnego, które chcą odejść z rolnictwa. Wsparcie kierowane do tych OB. ma na celu podjęcie zatrudnienia poza rolnictwem i przejście z systemu ubezpieczeń społecznych rolników opartego na KRUS do ogólnego systemu ubezp. społ. opartego na ZUS 3. Bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat, nienależący do os. wymienionych w pkt.1 lit c-e (os.dług.bezrob., OzN, os.o niskich kwal.) oraz w pkt. 2. (rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin). W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
