The aim of the project is to increase the level of professional activity and employability of people aged 30 and over (from the day of their 30th birthday) registered at the PUP in Krosno. The main result of the project will be employment (including self-employment) by 80 people registered in PUP Krosno.The project will support people aged 30 and over (from the day of their 30th birthday) belonging to the following groups: 1. Persons outside the labour market, i.e. unemployed persons, in particular: — people aged 50 and over, — long-term unemployed, — women, — people with disabilities, — people with low professional qualifications. 2. Farmers and their family members — persons holding agricultural property or members of their families who are subject to pension and disability insurance for the operation of an agricultural holding who wish to leave agriculture. The project will also include unemployed men aged 30-49 who do not belong to the most vulnerable group on the labour market and those leaving agriculture and their families, who will represent no more than 20 % of the total number of unemployed persons supported by the project, while supporting them will lead to an increase or acquisition of new qualifications, competences or maintenance and formal confirmation of qualifications or competences or to start a business. As part of the project, for each participant, presenting a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of a given participant. On this basis, the PLO will provide appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions. Celem projektu jest podniesienie poziomu aktywności zawodowej i zdolności do zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin) zarejestrowanych w PUP w Krośnie. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia (w tym samozatrudnienia) przez 80 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP Krosno.W ramach projektu wsparciem objęte zostaną osoby w wieku 30 lat i więcej (od dnia 30 urodzin) należące do poniższych grup: 1. Osoby pozostające poza rynkiem pracy tj. osoby bezrobotne zwłaszcza:: - osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, - osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, - kobiety, - osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, - osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych. 2. Rolnicy i członkowie ich rodzin - osoby posiadające nieruchomość rolną lub członkowie ich rodzin podlegający ubezpieczeniom emerytalnym i rentowym z tytułu prowadzenia gospodarstwa rolnego, które chcą odejść z rolnictwa. Projketem objęci będa mogli być rownież bezrobotni mężczyźni w wieku 30-49 lat nie należący do grupy os. znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy oraz osób odchodzących z rolnictwa i ich rodzin, którzy stanowić będą nie więcej niż 20% ogólnej liczby osób bezrobotnych objętych wsparciem w projekcie, jednocześnie skierowane do nich wsparcie będzie prowadzić do podwyższenia lub nabycia nowych kwalifikacji, kompetencji lub utrzymania i formalnego potwierdzenie kwalifikacji lub kompetencji bądź do rozpoczęcia prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. (Polish)
