The project includes the superstructure, extension and reconstruction of the Museum Chamber in Kołaczyce, together with its retrofitting and renovation of its existing museums.The main objective of the project is therefore to increase access to the cultural offer of the municipality of Kołaczyce by taking actions within the Museum Chamber in Kołaczyce increasing participation in culture and thus increasing the number of cultural institutions supported (which will increase its value by 1, 00 pcs. in 2018) and an increase in the number of paramuse institutions supported (which will increase its value by 1.00 pcs in 2018).In turn, the specific objectives of the project will be:1. increase in the quality of the offer of the Chamber of Museums in Kołaczyce through its development responding to new needs in the area of cultural activity, as well as:2. adaptation of the offer of the Museum Chamber in Kołaczyce to perform new cultural functions, including educational, resulting from technological development, and the fulfilment of the two above-mentioned objectives will be verified on the basis of indicators:- Number of cultural resource objects supported, which will increase its value by 1.00 pcs in 2018,- Number of movable monuments supported, which will increase its value by 250,00 pcs in 2018,- Number of people using the facilities of cultural resources supported, which will increase its value by 1200 people/year in 2019, 3. Elimination of barriers to access to the offer of the Museum Chamber in Kołaczyce making it difficult for disabled and elderly people to use it, by enabling wider participation in culture for these disadvantaged groups — the fulfilment of this objective will be verified on the basis of indicators: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of persons with disabilities and Number of projects financed costs of reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities, which will increase their value by 1.00 pcs in 2018. Przedmiotowe przedsięwzięcie obejmuje nadbudowę, rozbudowę i przebudowę Izby Muzealnej w Kołaczycach, wraz z jej doposażeniem oraz renowacją istniejących w niej muzealiów.Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest zatem wzrost dostępu do oferty kulturalnej gminy Kołaczyce poprzez podjęcie działań w ramach Izby Muzealnej w Kołaczycach zwiększających partycypację w kulturze, a tym samym wzrost liczby instytucji kultury objętych wsparciem (który zwiększy swoją wartość o 1,00 szt. w 2018r.) oraz wzrost liczba instytucji paramuzealnych objętych wsparciem (który zwiększy swoją wartość o 1,00 szt. w 2018r.).Z kolei celami szczegółowymi projektu będą:1. wzrost jakości oferty Izby Muzealnej w Kołaczycach poprzez jej rozwój odpowiadający na nowe potrzeby w obszarze działalności kulturalnej, a także:2. przystosowanie oferty Izby Muzealnej w Kołaczycach do pełnienia nowych funkcji kulturalnych, w tym edukacyjnych, wynikających z rozwoju technologicznego, a wypełnienie realizacji dwóch ww. celów zostanie zweryfikowane w oparciu o wskaźniki:- Liczba obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem, który zwiększy swoją wartość o 1,00 szt. w 2018r.,- Liczba zabytków ruchomych objętych wsparciem, który to wskaźnik zwiększy swoją wartość o 250,00 szt. w 2018r.,- Liczba osób korzystających z obiektów zasobów kultury objętych wsparciem, który zwiększy swoją wartość o 1200 osób/ rok w 2019r.,3. likwidacja barier w dostępie do oferty Izby Muzealnej w Kołaczycach utrudniających korzystanie z niej osobom niepełnosprawnym i starszym, poprzez umożliwienie szerszej partycypacji w kulturze niniejszym grupom defaworyzowanym – wypełnienie realizacji niniejszego celu zostanie zweryfikowane w oparciu o wskaźniki: Liczba obiektów dostosowanych do potrzeb osób z niepełnosprawnościami oraz Liczba projektów, w których sfinansowano koszty racjonalnych usprawnień dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami, które zwiększą swoją wartość o 1,00 szt. w 2018r.
